Not only does the Ketamine actually work better than I could ever have hope, but the staff are so lovely that just having a medical office where I feel no fear is healing! They have such down to earth caring interactions. I can not recommend them highly enough. I can't call in RX I have such fear but I look forward to speaking to them and going in. Some people like the trip I don't enjoy it but the results are so worth the time and money! Call for a consultation look at their website. If you need help they want to help. It's hard to have these issues but I feel I have found back up and a silver bullet here. Don't think about it just call! Make the first step and you will be so happy you did. I have moved out on my own for the first time I have been learning to overcome my fears and not just shut down. I have progressed more in the past 5 months than the previous 10 years.

The staff administered the ketamine in such a careless way that the entire dose pooled at the bottom of the IV bag--causing me to go into a full dissociative state (a K-hole) for the entire day. No one monitored me properly, and no one seemed concerned. I had to be physically carried home. The setting was also completely inappropriate for this kind of therapy. There was a huge dog running around, scratching the floors with its nails--loud and jarring during what should have been a calm, controlled environment. When they tried to wake me, a provider came in and started tapping me on the head, which was incredibly abrupt and unsettling. Instead of being in a supportive space, I was surrounded by staff who were openly chatting about their weekend plans while I was under the effects of a powerful dissociative medication. It felt careless and almost surreal how little professionalism was shown. I ended up switching to Crestline Health and Wellness, and the contrast was immediate. They are everything this clinic was not--attentive, responsible, and genuinely caring. I was ultimately refunded by the original clinic due to the incident, which should tell you something. If you're considering ketamine therapy, please be careful about where you go. This place felt more like a frat house than a medical office.

It left me sore & back was already hurting really bad. So make sure you know what you're getting into before agreeing to cupping. I'll definitely come back and see her for acupuncture. Some things to be aware of, she is extremely kind, but her facility is kind of bright and loud with many friends talking. You will be her number one priority once she gets to you, but if noise, waiting, and bright lights make you uncomfortable be prepared. She is an expert but it would help to know what the experience is like before going. 1. You sign in (call for an appointment) 2. She asks what is wrong 3. She assess your major organs through your ear canal using a tool that makes noise 4. She confirms areas of discomfort 5. If you get the combo, the massage comes first, you have to take of your top off so be prepared, then the cupping then the acupuncture. 6. You lay on a table and the whole process takes about an hour. 7. You have to come back multiple times to fix any pain issues, not a quick fix. 8. It costs $80 for the combo $60 something just for acupuncture. 9. It doesn't hurt but it does if move around and tense your muscles.

I wasn't sure what treatment she would recommend for the numbness in my hand and foot but she did a treatment of acupuncture and cupping. The treatment was 1.5 hours and it cost 75.00. I would recommend this over deep tissue massage if you are in pain. Some of the cups were a little painful but I found myself very relaxed after a while and I caught myself falling asleep on the table. My wife who has RA has also been to see her and she also believes that this therapy works well.

I'll call you if they say anything different." I told them I wasn't interested in coming if my insurance wouldn't cover their x-rays, so please call me if it won't cover so I don't take off work. I never heard back from her. I took off work, went to the appointment. Waited over 10 mins to see the doctor. Then Listen to the doctor talk way over my head for 10 mins and then got escorted to the X-ray room. ONLY TO BE ESCORTED OUT AND TOLD - HEADS UP! Your insurance won't cover this and you'll need to pay OOP. She never checked!! And acted shocked, like she hadn't had my insurance information since the day before. Complete waste of time. I left and scheduled somewhere else. On the other hand, the doctor seemed knowledgeable about his profession and clueless about the insurance situation.
