With options like Surge by Drew Brees, Altitude and the Louisiana Zoo I would suggest that rather you spend time with your family at any of these other venues than to ever entrust this facility to your loved ones. With no clear management or adult staff on the floor you have to rely on minors to ensure that patrons are enjoying themselves safely. I have witnessed first hand staff throwing a dodgeball at an intended child miss and smack a female bystander in the face, twice. I get it, there's implied risk but when it's a member of staff who should be ensuring safety, is it a patrons responsibility to say to that to particular employee that hey you threw that ball at that kid too hard or was it the lack of training? I am not one to complain much but we had our little ones 4th birthday party and it was a total disaster. Everyone was standing around in the front for 30 mins into the party bc of having to get on computer and sign waivers which is understood but should've been done 30 mins before. They one girl running 4 birthday party rooms so we got our pizzas and 3 pitchers of drinks that never once got refilled. They had ran out of the large pizzas that come with the party so gave us 6 of the smaller size which was good but we have so much left over. It's states that all supplies are included in the parter as in paper plates , utensils, and cups but there wanted us to purchase a cake cutter for $2.50 after the nearly $400 dollar party package we chose. None of the kids got any of the cards as they passed them out 5 mins before the party ended. Had to ask them about her birthday shirt and the VR ride. There were some of the rudest staff members there and this is a kids environment. Rules are are rules and should be enforced at all means but to be rude and then laugh as we walk away is uncalled for. The kids had a blast jumping I will say that and the manager offered 15 percent discount but i still didn't leave satisfied. Very disappointed, our little host was a doll and trying her best and the guy working the front done all he could to for us. My advise is don't have a party here, maybe the week days are better but weekends are ridiculous. They don't enforce rules. Kids running around with no bands who obviously are staying past their paid time. They don't watch line breakers-one kid jumped. Came back around walked on the outside of the diving board skipped all the kids in line, and did it again. And again. And again. My kid and others were in line and before they got to jump once that kid went 3 times Zip line remains broken and has been broken a while. Was broken the last 2 times we came. read more

terrible place. restrooms are disgusting. when you notify them they need to clean them, they try to blame the patron. would never recommend. there was also vomit in the foam cubes. zip line is broken. place needs new management that are over 20 years old and understand how to run a business. read more
