I was a client of Jerry Gregory for home owners insurance since 2005. When I signed the contract…read moreit was supposed to be for a condominium but he charged me for a house. Being a new home owner I trusted Jerry had done the right thing and provided me the right insurance. This went on for over 10 years where he was over charging me over $500 a year. When I finally realized this and approached his office about this, another agent Matt initially reviewed the situation and said they were wrong and should be paying me back the money for all those years but Jerry had to still review the case. Once Jerry reviewed the case he refused to pay back the money and told me that I can submit a complaint if I didn't like that he wouldn't do anything. The complaint was filed and State Farm acknowledged that Jerry Gregory didn't do the proper thing and provide the right service and give me the right insurance all those years. But even with their acknowledgement of Jerry's wrong doing they would only pay back a small portion of what they should have citing some 'policy' they refused to provide me and if I wanted the whole some I would need to sue Jerry Gregory himself. The few thousand dollars Jerry stole from me wasn't worth the aggravation but he is not a honest person and even worse insurance agent. Anyone going to Jerry better know exactly what they need and want because he is not the expert he claims to be.
