HOWEVER, on our own, we found that they were still allowing showings to NEW agents to try to get a higher offer while contracts were out and signed on our end. I understand this is "allowed", but where is the integrity on a verbal commitment to the buyer? The sellers didn't sign for 5 days up to when I retracted our end of the contract, because more showings were still occurring, even after telling us they were not accepting another offer. The contract also had to be revised several times, as they continuously tried to add that the purchase had portions being sold AS IS. Which was never negotiated and was false. Very shady in my opinion, would not recommend doing business with this group.

Why are you waiting until then to notify buyers and realtor? Poor, poor planning and lack of work ethic. Not doing the job instructed to do. Do not use this office!!! Do not know what they are supposed to do and if they do, do not follow through!!! Telling sellers that we buyers haven't provided everything when we have and it is Surety employees not doing their jobs that is causing the postponement of signing. At the beginning of our homebuying journey we had vetted a few realtors beforehand. Other realtors we spoke to programmed our wants/budget into their system and were just sending us automated e-mails of listings that fit those parameters (which felt like something we could have set up on our own...) We went with Nicole because we loved how personalized she made the process, she really does make you feel like you are her only client. We had a group text going where she would send us the listings that actually fit what we were looking for and it allowed us to keep an open conversation with her about all the questions we had as first time home buyers. A surprise bonus was that Nicole actually flips homes in her spare time and is extremely knowledgeable at what is required to make certain updates in the home so she was able to provide rough cost estimates (on adding an extra bath, new flooring, etc) which proved to be tremendously helpful as we started looking at fixer uppers. She made the process as smooth as could be, but there are always circumstances that are out of your control.... Which brings me to the grand finale of Nicole's awesomeness on closing day. During our walk-through just hours before closing we entered our soon-to-be home to find 70% of the seller's belongings were still there. Without skipping a beat Nicole took control of the situation and assured us we would get everything out in time for closing. In a pair of nice sandals and in the pouring rain, she helped us move out an entire house within hours. I was able to complete two closings for two separate clients for the purchase of a house. I was not only thorough and briefly explained the documents to the clients as a notary signer should, but I also shared my contact information with the clients and with the office of cevetta in case of any additional questions. Precision signing notified me that this is a practice they do not allow and took it the wrong way. I am not allowed to work with any of these companies because of their misunderstanding. In addition, to this hiccup the customer service for these companies is horrible. There is no transparency for how compensation is paid, after the closings I was told I would be able to discuss payment arrangements afterwards. As you can imagine, I did not hear back from precision about my compensation until days later. I was then notified that this conpany operates on a net 30 payroll. It has been well over 30 days. Payroll was not processed in a timely fashion. Compensation with any other company would be set for the first in my experience. I received an email the 7th of the month stating i would receive my compensation for the 10th of the month. I still have not. This company shows a fake friendly face on the surface, but they do NOT care dor their hired agents nor do they care about quality work. They expect closings to get done in only a quick manner versus in a quality manner. Cevetta representative MARIANA in office sent scanbacks to the title company and was doing other tasks during the fact. The time factor was blaimed on myself instead of in house employees. The experience has been a true nightmare. I DO NOT RECOMMEND working for or partnering with either of these companies: precision signing services, cevetta, or downtown abstract. The communication theoughout the process was horrible they do not include you in the email chain instead would text you the same thing they email in house rep MARIANA.
