Amazing experience, consistently. Caroline and Elizabeth are great at this location if you like a firm massage, they really understand anatomy and muscle movement. The membership is so worth it, you can choose between several services but i always do massage or facial. make sure to book in advance as spots do fill up quick. Also- super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of Spavia is the best of any massage place I've been in metro atlanta. Front desk is very friendly and helpful too, and the management is great. when there was an emergency situation the upper management was on call - they were extremely helpful getting me rebooked and credited. What a great find! A friend gifted me with a GC for Christmas to Spavia, so this was my first visit! I was really impressed with the facility, the staff and my massage. They do the extras here like a relaxation room to change into a robe and slippers, it's very spa like, comparable to Woodhouse but less expensive. The new client form asked thoughtful questions like your preference of conversation and music selection during massage.. nice touch! Nice selection of skincare as well. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I booked a couple's massage for my first visit here. From the time I checked in to the time I left I felt like I was getting VIP treatment. Everyone who works there is so kind, friendly and professional. After checking in, you're taken to the locker room where you can change into the comfiest robe ever and sandals. You then are able to wait in the relaxation room until your service starts. There is seating, calming music, dim lighting, an area where you can make tea and warm neck pillows. My husband surprised me with a massage and facial at Spavia at John's creek old Alabama rd. I was so excited, it was the kindest gesture. We walked in and they had no record in the system of my appointment. My husband shared a voice message that confirmed my appointment, and an email confirming my appointment but they had no record of it in their system. I've worked in corporate hospitality for 28 years and was really disappointed in the owners behavior and reaction to my experience. She has no idea who I am or what I've been through that made this appointment all the more special. She found an opening for a facial and offered it but my experience was already ruined. She didn't ask for my number or offer me anything to help the situation. She just said, "I'll have to research how this happened". I had quite a bit of an uncomfortable experience during my massage today. Throughout the massage, my masseuse seemed to be a bit sick and was sniffling with a light cough which made it difficult for me to fully relax. I am leaving for a big trip next week and was continuously nervous about the close spaces, not to mention the skin to skin contact. Additionally, she had to leave to use the restroom in the middle of the massage, which of course was fine, but the cut off time remained the same and was not extended for the period she had left. I didn't say anything during the massage, to not make my masseuse uncomfortable as she didn't seem to be feeling well. However, I did call after my appointment today to try to speak with someone and have yet to received a returned call. read more

Since going to Kaitelynn my skin has never looked and felt better! She is amazing at her job and a great conversationalist. For massages, I recommend Beth. She is great!
