I am a seasoned thrifter and I love to support stores with a great mission like theirs. I thought the prices were average and not sure what other reviewers are talking about when they say stuff is expensive. I found most of their things to be very averagely priced for thrift store. I also thought they had really good woman's clothing that were name brand for a slightly elevated price than other pieces in the store, but found that the price was well worth it. I also liked that they offered specific color tags at 50% discount or 75% discount depending on what color the tag was. read more

Very expensive for old stuff. Ridiculous prices for thrift store. These people in this area can not afford to buy $378. Saint John suit. $275 for a Dior pant suit. I gave donations to this place for people who cannot afford new stuff but there taking advantage of poor people. Stinky old shoes $19.00 ready for the trash. Will not shop or donate. read more

Not a bad place to browse clothes and look for a good deal, but in general the prices are quite high for a thrift store. You might find a particular brand name or specialty item (like a fur, for instance) way below market value, but on the whole i think prices are often near what you'd pay from an online store. The SPCA does great things, so the extra price is going to support those activities, but it's still a little different from what you might expect from a thrift store. We've always enjoyed our experience because the staff are so nice. They are also very forgiving with our little one rummaging around! read more

As much bad rep this place gets prices are decent plenty of collectibles if you know where to look, they negotiate too

Very nicely organized and great selections of clothing, etc., but lower prices for used clothing, would be appreciated. Most volunteers at the checkout are nice, but some will chat leisurely with customers while others are lined up and waiting to check out. read more

Very clean and organized thrift store. Unlike other thrift stores that arrange their clothing by color this one arranges their clothing by brand and size, like normal stores. The store is clean and staff is very friendly. I love the fact that the proceeds benefit the SPCA. read more

This is my go to! I almost always find a treasure and never spend too much! They have lots of nice branded clothing at great price points. Their 2nd Saturday sales are a don't miss! Prices are HIGH. I think the aspca is a great organization and does wonderful things. However it's a thrift store and selling cammo hunting pants for 14.99 is the same price you can buy them new. They have furniture which is sometimes nice. I go in about once a month. Staff had always been nice. They do get some great stuff. However you are going to pay. Retail prices. I've actually found items in the case for LESS money on eBay they they were asking for. Great mission, great people, just a bit expensive for a thrift shop. read more

Used to go here a lot, not going to shop here anymore. Prices slowly rose from true thrift store prices to boutique prices. Last two times I went looking for advertised sales only to find maybe 2 items that were actually on sale. There was a white board with literally 10 instructions on what was on sale, what tiny plastic color was how much off. I would need a cheat sheet to remember what was what off? what color was what off? Well i got to the register thinking I actually found some cute stuff at normal thrift prices only to be told it was all regular priced. I said then I'll have to put it all back, was haughtily told that the items were red tag, no idea what that even meant . so if you want to pretend your at a fancy boutique and pay $28 for a used skirt and jacket cool. if you want the same skirt and jacket at thrift prices goodwill and Salvation Army in town are excellent. read more

Second time I had this same poor, indifferent service at checkout with the same two ladies. Yesterday I had one item to check out and had a dollar exact cash in-hand obvious for them to see. I was next after a customer with numerous pieces to check and both checkout gals were taking their sweet time dealing with this one customer while I waited patiently with my cash in hand. Once the kibitzing and fooling around between them and with this customer was almost done, and a long line had formed behind me, one of the two checkout attendants looked past me and called out for anybody with a card to come up to be served. I'm there ready to hand over CASH money and waiting patiently while these TWO futz around with one customer, then ignore me in favor of anybody behind me who has a CC. At that point I told one lady I was leaving my item for them to return to stock and I was leaving due to their inefficiency. No loud talk or cussing, just a firm rebuke. So, it seems that two people can't do any better with taking customers' money than one, and both these women have no sense of what customer service means. At least ONE of them should have recognized this situation for what it was, and asked if she could take my money so I could get on with my day. These two not only wasted MY time, but their slow service held up a bunch of others waiting to give up THEIR money. Time for retraining, or letting them go. My dog could do a better job. read more

While in town visiting, we decided to check out this thrift store. So glad that we did. It was a really nice place. Plenty of parking. Tons of nice stuff inside. Lots of bargains from clothes to houseware. Pretty good prices too. All in all, a good choice! read more

I was really enjoying this thrift store and love the cause, but was very disappointed recently . They advertised a scarf as being Burberry but once I got it home , I discovered it was a fake. I immediately called the store and asked to please return it for a refund. Gordon the manager said they have a no return policy. I understand in most circumstances why they would have this ,but a good manager should be flexible when it involves misrepresentation of a product . They had grouped it with a Burberry trench coat .
