I knew that wasn't accurate, so I took them elsewhere--only to be told that the frames were the wrong size to begin with and couldn't be properly adjusted because they were too small for her head. When I returned to Eye Love Spearfish, Dr. Randolph's wife took my daughter's glasses and ended up breaking them. She claimed there was a preexisting crack, but the spot she indicated made no sense given how the glasses had been handled, and I had inspected them right before we walked in--they were intact. Even after that, they refused to order properly fitting frames and simply reordered the same (too-small) ones again. The selection of frames is very limited, and the customer service--particularly in the optical area--was disappointing. Dr. Randolph may be great, but the experience with the staff and eyewear services was frustrating and unprofessional.
