I bought a used pickup from them. The negatives- they lowballed the offer on trade in and were very rude in negotiation. Further when it was discovered that the pickup's navigation wasn't working they refused to alter the price, or fix it, but rather just clung to 'we didn't say it worked in the listing' (it was a $150 fix, and you show pictures of the navigation/SD slot). Said that service would remove the nail that was discovered in the tire-didn't. No tour of the truck or it's features. All in all I'm happy with the truck, however, the experience and the customer service stood out for being so negative and adversarial. Having bought used cars 4-5 times Over the last decade I can say this was the worst customer service of them all.

Last week I took my car to Cadillac Automotive to get an oil change. When they do an oil change…read morethey do an inspection. They told me that my lower ball joint needed replacing which caused two of my tires to be worn...one so bad that the threads are almost coming thru, plus it needed an alignment. All this would come to $325.00 So I bought the part from O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Cadillac for $23 and had a good friend of ours that is laid off from his job but works on cars on the side and he put the car up on the hoist and could not find a bad ball joint anywhere, that it needed an alignment for sure but none of the tires were bad..a little worn...but did not need to be replaced as of yet. I called Cadillac Tire this morning and told I needed an alignment. They took my car back and and low and behold...No lower ball joint issue...and no tire issue! The alignment cost $39.95! I will NEVER take my car back to Cadillac Automotive and I will tell everyone to NEVER go there!!! CROOKS!!!!
