I will echo what others here have said. These people are a middleman for people who want to sell their classic cars. That means these people have absolutely no idea what they are selling, can't answer any questions for you, and don't even know if the car is still for sale! I found a car I liked on their web site. I called them and inquired about it. The sales guy said he had to contact the seller and would call me back. A week later, he still had not called me back! So, I called him, but got a different sales guy. The new sales guy said there was a lot of interest in that car, and several offers had been made, but the seller never returned phone calls. He told me to hang in there and he would call me back the next day. Three more days go by. I call and talk with the original sales guy. He says the seller is not calling him back. I said, "If the seller doesn't call you back, you should remove the listing from your web site." He agreed and said that is their policy. More on this later... So, I told him I didn't need THAT car. You have literally hundreds of cars on your web site -- let me tell you what I'm looking for. I'm a cash buyer with $45,000 burning a hole in my pocket and I want to buy a car. He said he would help and would call me back later that day after doing some research for me. No phone call by the end of the day... The next day, my phone rings and it's the sales guy! I couldn't believe it! He said he was frustrated, because all 8 of the cars he researched on their web site WERE ALREADY SOLD!!! Then, he tried to pressure me into buying a car I didn't want at a price $13,000 above my maximum range I had given him earlier. When I told him that was not the car for me, he told me, "Good luck finding your car." (I took that to mean he was no longer interested in helping me, and he has not helped me since uttering that final statement.) So, now, several days have passed, and that original car (the one he said was their policy to remove if the seller doesn't return phone calls) is STILL ON THEIR WEB SITE!!! It's really no wonder all their cars are already sold. Oh! I mentioned to both salesmen that nobody ever called me back. Their response was scripted and went something like, "We have xxx number of cars for sale on our web site and we receive yyy number of inquiries per day. We can not possibly call anyone back." Really? You have a customer who ants to give you $45,000 and you just can't find the time to call them back?! Wow! I'm glad business is so good for you! Just avoid these clowns. They really have absolutely no idea what they are doing. read more

CCD facilitated a fraudulent transaction. I did not receive as advertised the car I paid for. They were either unwilling or unable to support me in trying to complete the transaction with the seller. One reason to use a broker is to receive a level of security and support against fraud and CCD failed. read more

As the other review states, I spent about 6-8 weeks waiting for this place to get back to me with answers to questions, pictures, etc about a truck I was serious about buying. This is after I was abruptly asked to make an offer on it knowing nothing about it...and then had to call back after they went MIA for 2 weeks. They want you to buy cars sight-unseen or pay them a "refundable" deposit to go see the car in person that you have to organize yourself once the contact information is given to you. For a place that is touted as the largest online consignment and retailer of classic cars, this place was an absolute joke to deal with. Don't waste your time... read more

I called roughly 6-7 weeks ago about a car that is listed through this outfit. I spoke with a woman who was rather abrupt and when I told her I was wanting to inspect the car personally, she advised me that It required a refundable deposit on the car first and that she would have to contact the owner to set up an appointment. I provided her with my availability and let her know I was a serious cash buyer. Days passed and I'm still waiting for that callback. In the meantime, I continued looking for cars and eventually found another similar model 11 hrs away. I rented a trailer, drove down, made a deal and brought it home. The original car I was interested in is still for sale, apparently and is on their webpage. Why would anyone contract through this co. with such poor customer service? I wonder if they ever sell any cars?! read more

While searching for a particular Cadillac, I found one for sale at this outfit. I copied down the stock number and emailed them to ask if they could help me with the sale of my classic car to raise money for the one listed or one like it. I included a host of photos of my car, so they could judge whether they wanted to sell it for me, what they thought it might go for and how long it might take to sell it. I got a response the next day from a sales associate named "Pam" with no "hello, how are you" and not answering any of my questions. Instead, she just cut-and-pasted the NADA value of my car from NADA's website. Apparently they aren't that interested in selling the car I was asking about, or selling mine for me, either. Talk about starting off on the wrong foot...this is a warning sign of things to come if you deal with these people, so I just cut them off right away - taking my money and my business elsewhere. It's true what they say - nobody wants to WORK or MAKE MONEY in the 21st century!!! Especially in Michigan. NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

This place is a joke. I've called several times and they never return my phone calls. EVERY car they list is in Cadillac, MI but then in the description "car is not located in Cadillac". Shouldn't they at least tell us where it is so we don't have to bother them and find out it's located 5 states away. read more

I found a old mopar for sale on on auto trader and this place was listing it, I called them and the salesman did not know anything about it and had no mechanical experience, and the price was too high, I found the same car for sale on Craigslist in another state for sale by the owner and for the real price without the 3,000 dollar commission, I called the owner come down and look at the car. These guys find cars for sale online by the owner and run other ads listed with a higher price just for running ads, they usually charge a 20 or 25 percent commission they are leaches. read more
