She was extremely friendly and I enjoyed working with her! My issues with Finesse were: - I felt that bartenders weren't informed during my cocktail hour. I had menus and they told guests that we weren't serving a certain wine although I had purchased many bottles and it was on the menu. I asked the groom to get me that drink and he came back and was told no which is so strange being that he was the groom and being that we had the product. - A bridesmaid had purchased an expensive bottle of champagne for me. It was left in the bridal suite and "confiscated" by security and apparently brought to the bartender. I never knew about any of this until the end of the wedding when my bridesmaid was searching for the bottle. I was told that the bartenders must have opened and served it, but this info was never shared with anyone. It was really upsetting to have to search for the gift at the end of the wedding and then to hear that our bartenders were somehow involved. - A few guests shared that one of the bartenders was rude. I didn't see this as I was not at the bar, but was really unhappy to hear that my guests were not treated with respect and kindness. I wonder why that would be. Overall, I didn't choose to work with Finesse but they were a required vendor through my venue. If I had the choice, I would work with Terri again but perhaps choose different bartenders.

And only use them when absolutely sure of what you are buying; their return policy is terrible, and it's impossible to find on the site. I purchased some forms for a water feature we were building ourselves on the weekends. It took a little longer than planned, and we ended up not needing the forms. When I emailed to get an RMA, I was told, "Under our return policy we do do not accept items back after 30 days of purchase." These were two unopened boxes in perfect condition. I understand it was my mistake in making the purchase to begin with, and I would have gladly paid the shipping to send them back. Now I'm stuck with forms I don't need, and they have my $120. ***Edit: After calling and speaking with Dan, he agreed to accept my return and refund the purchase amount minus a 25% repackaging charge. I'm changing my rating to 4 stars; however, I can't stress enough the need of being absolutely certain about your order before you place it.
