Absolute trash of a "company" ..Bought a xr iphone it had some issues brought in in once and…read moretemporarily fixed it.Brought it in the second time and left with a'i dont know' and they cracked the back glass of my phone.Then Saturday went to have it looked at a third time and left with water damage behind my front screen a perfect round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser that appeared right before i was about to leave and they were not expecting me to ask to check my phone before i left so i could show them the date i bought the phone.Thats when this little water droplet started to drip down the front of my screen and im showing them in real time the 'Owner' is literally watching this water drip down behind my screen and leave a trail and looking me straight in the eyes saying i brought him a broken phone when he literally was just on the phone with me showing me that it must not be the battery issue it was a charging chip that they wanted to try and charge me 199$ and having the phone for 36 days at this point and have had it in several times for a "battery" issue that didnt exist.They are either trying to be spiteful or void any kind of warranty that could be applied and im assuming it is for both reasons ..Look on google reviews for all the details that took me a half hour to type out from all the bullshit i had to go through yesterday you might have to scroll past all the fake reviews that they try to bribe people with a 10% discount if you leave a positive review to cover all the incredibly awful things they do and how they treat there customers. Never would i go to these crooks again and i hope no one would ever have to experience the hell i had to go through with them save your money and your piece of mind.400$ and left with cracked phone and miraculously water damaged..**Denied the fact they damaged my phone and said 'we have cameras', so i stated let me see then.Cesar replies that he is busy at that moment , so i tell him ill wait till he has no customers and he very arrogantly walks to his computer and says come see me next week.Knowing theres nothing i can do anymore and that they are intentionally trying to conduct some super shady buisness .

Can't say enough about the guys at Northeast Welding. I was driving from Texas at Canada when about…read more1,000 miles into my trip my car started acting up. I called my mechanic in Texas and he said ignore it. I stopped at another mechanic, they said ignore it. I tried to keep driving but I really didn't feel safe so I stopped at the closest mechanic to my location. The office was closed but the service bay appeared open. When the guys saw me, they stopped what they were doing, got on their hands and knees to look under my car before raising my car (with me and my dogs in it!), diagnosed, and fixed a minor issue that was causing a major problem. Then, they REFUSED any payment. Turns out this business was Northeast Welding, a separate business beside the mechanic, who had gone for lunch. They had no idea it was also my birthday. So huge shout out to Northeast Welding for the awesome birthday present but more than that, just being amazing people. Highly, highly recommend for being so down to earth! And yes, I will pass it on!

Unfortunately, given how the economy has transformed over the past couple of decades, you are…read moreforced to consider less and less options in certain areas. Further, if you live and work in a smaller town, often your options are from a provider from a larger, far away town. Such the case with myself and Office Concepts. I first leased a copier from them through a local guy I knew. Everything was great. Not only did we lease the copier, we paid them monthly for a service contract. No complaints. When our lease was over, they contacted my office and told my assistant. I gave her the green light to get a new machine. Smooth transaction, old machine gone, new one in it's place. However, I have no idea who our sales person was, all I had was the name on our monthly invoice for the service. They ran their leasing through a third party. My guess is they make a margin on the sale of the machine and clearly on the monthly service fees. We decide to consolidate my small town office to our main office an hour and a half away in Indianapolis. I called OC to tell them we would no longer need our copier and was told my lease wasnt up for another year. So, I paid every month for another year and called them a month ahead of my lease expiration to tell them to terminate on that date, no response. Called again a couple of weeks later, couldn't get past the person who answers the phone, left another message. This continued for three more months and I kept getting billed. I was obviously very frustrated by this time. I was fed up and demanded they come pick it up...again, no response. Finally I had to hassle everyone to get me to the office manager.....the response....read your contract....tough. Not our problem. The contract he was referring to was full of small print from the third party leasing company. I have no idea who they are. I worked with Office Concepts. Again, not our problem was the response. I contacted the leasing company and after explanation of my story, they waived any further fees and agreed to take the equipment back because, as they said, technically what Office Concepts was telling me was correct, however, it was clearly unethical. Now...again read the fine print.....I'm responsible for finding a palette, preparing it for shipping, insuring it and finding a shipping company to transport it back to the leasing company.....they recommend a truck with air suspension that specializes in transporting electronics....okay, my town has 6,500 people in it.....let me just check the yellow pages..... Again, this is some kind of tough luck attitude from Office Concepts because I no longer need their services....not that I'm going to a competitor, I literally don't have the office any longer. If I bought a new machine, they would come get this one and drop the other off...but...read your agreement, you're on your own...to the tone of $675 because, given the demand, I'll have to buy out the contract and have a copier that I'll have to store or give away. My advice.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Unethical!!
