Absolute trash of a "company" ..Bought a xr iphone it had some issues brought in in once and temporarily fixed it.Brought it in the second time and left with a'i dont know' and they cracked the back glass of my phone.Then Saturday went to have it looked at a third time and left with water damage behind my front screen a perfect round water bubble the size of a pencil eraser that appeared right before i was about to leave and they were not expecting me to ask to check my phone before i left so i could show them the date i bought the phone.Thats when this little water droplet started to drip down the front of my screen and im showing them in real time the 'Owner' is literally watching this water drip down behind my screen and leave a trail and looking me straight in the eyes saying i brought him a broken phone when he literally was just on the phone with me showing me that it must not be the battery issue it was a charging chip that they wanted to try and charge me 199$ and having the phone for 36 days at this point and have had it in several times for a "battery" issue that didnt exist.They are either trying to be spiteful or void any kind of warranty that could be applied and im assuming it is for both reasons ..Look on google reviews for all the details that took me a half hour to type out from all the bullshit i had to go through yesterday you might have to scroll past all the fake reviews that they try to bribe people with a 10% discount if you leave a positive review to cover all the incredibly awful things they do and how they treat there customers. Never would i go to these crooks again and i hope no one would ever have to experience the hell i had to go through with them save your money and your piece of mind.400$ and left with cracked phone and miraculously water damaged..**Denied the fact they damaged my phone and said 'we have cameras', so i stated let me see then.Cesar replies that he is busy at that moment , so i tell him ill wait till he has no customers and he very arrogantly walks to his computer and says come see me next week.Knowing theres nothing i can do anymore and that they are intentionally trying to conduct some super shady buisness . read more

I'd avoid this place. They use cheap Chinese knockoff screens that can easily be purchased for less than $50 on Amazon and installed yourself. For over $130, it's not a good deal. Especially since the quality of the screen isn't good at all. Had my fiancée's iPhone 6 screen replaced here. Unfortunately, it had a green line in it that slowly got worse. Additionally, it came unglued on the right side within a month of replacement. When the screen was originally replaced, we were given a 90 warranty. Within a week, we brought it in to have a new screen put on due to the green line. They lied to us, saying that the line was due to it being dropped. We know for a fact that it wasn't. I've replaced one before and know that they often come with green lines, so it was a blatant lie. They offered to give us half off on a second replacement, but should've replaced for free. Again, avoid unless you are looking to have to replace it a second time. read more

I am very happy with Cesar's work. I dropped my Nokia Lumia 1520 about a week ago and shattered the screen. I was so pleased to find this place at first. They offered a guarantee, which was wonderful and made me feel confident in having them fix my iPhone 5s (the screen was shattered). I brought it in, they fixed it. When I got into my car, I noticed that there was some plastic pushing through the speaker at the top of the screen. So, in a moment of stupidity (I should have immediately brought the phone back into them to fix it), I tried gently pushing it back in and BAM the screen cracked, no less then 3 minutes after I picked it up. Beyond that, the touch screen was not working properly and the fingerprint scanner was not working. They said since I had literally just left, they would replace the screen but that they would not do it again (which I totally understand). In hindsight however, I can look at the situation and recognize that as the screen was not properly placed to begin with (per the plastic protruding out of the speaker) they would have been responsible to fix it regardless. They did the right thing by fixing it at no charge. That was no favor to me, that was their bad to begin with. They fix the screen for the second time, and after I get the phone, it is having all kinds of problems. There was still a piece of plastic coming out of the microphone, smaller this time but still there. Fingerprint scanner will not work and won't even let me into the screen to put a print in. I shut the phone off, turned it on, etc. Nothing. The screen locked up constantly. During phone calls, I couldn't hang up or get off the mute button. The screen would not allow me to swipe. So, I bring it in for a third time. They had the phone for about 1 1/2 hours and I had my husband call them to find out how much longer it would be. They said 15 minutes but that they might not be able to get the scanner working. They explained how Apple is the only company that can fix that problem, etc. and that this was a potential problem because of how they have to take the phone apart (per my husband, I didn't hear that part of telephone conversation but he has zero reason to lie about it, the repair was covered under their warranty). I was pissed. My phone worked perfectly when I brought it into them (and it is only a year old mind you) & all it needed was a new screen!! This time they fix the screen and it appeared to be working, (no plastic is sticking out this time) but the fingerprint scanner still won't work. I was told by the tech that it must have been MY fault, as it was probably broken when I brought it in to their shop, from being dropped! NO WAY!! They broke my phone and blamed me! Classic. It worked perfectly, even MINUTES before leaving it with them the first time. I was basically told that it wasn't their fault, was given the owners card and told that I needed to take it up with him. (P.S. please hire some people with customer service skills our teach them those things, he could barely even look me in the eye which made the whole thing even more shady). The other thing that really gets me is that they KNOW that they could mess up the scanner, and they didn't tell me that when I dropped my phone off. Customer beware; they can break your fingerprint scanner and they don't tell you that!! Thank goodness I... I had the thought to turn the phone off, back on, and try to put new prints in (which did not work the first two times I tried it, only upon the last visit to them). They never suggested a way to fix it. That's the only thing that worked, and is the only reason why I am not suing them for a new phone. You cannot run a business where you are not willing to accept your responsibility when you do something wrong! Remember when I said it "appeared to be working"? Now, about a week later, my phone STILL isn't working properly! Never again will I bring our business here! Updated: in response to the comment made by the employee or owner: I didn't PULL on any plastic. I admitted in my review that I had a moment of stupidity and tried to gently PUSH the plastic that was protruding out, back in. That's when the glass snapped. It was installed incorrectly as the plastic shouldn't have been coming out of the speaker to begin with. Secondly, the person I dealt with should've known about the issue I was having (if it's so easy to find) and should've been able to guide me through the issue. Not stare at my like I was speaking Mandarin. Thanks for the offer but I wouldn't come back in if you paid me, especially after being patronized. Have a good day. read more

I came to this place because it had pretty good rating and the price seem fair compare to the price at Best Buy. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. I originally had a broken Mac book pro screen took it in, Ceasar said they will do a diagnose to see whats wrong with it. A week later, said it was a screen problem, I had to wait 2 MONTH to get my screen repair. Took it home found out my touch bar was not working and Ceasar said it was probably not working when I took it there and that I have to pay another 200 some dollars to fix it. The problem is why didn't you diagnose it right in the first place?! If I would of know I had paid $900 ish to get this computer fixed I wouldn't have fix it in the first place. They offer to get a new screen to see if that would fix the problem. Say it would only take a week, didn't get a call from them til two weeks later not a surprise at this point. I experience first hand bad consumer service and poor professionalism after they replace the second screen. The whole computer just keep shutting down on its own with the touch bar still not fixed. Called the place to ask why is it keep shutting down on its own. Ceaser said probably because they didn't close the battery tight enough. I said is your fault not closing the battery tight enough then and he says NO I will just tight it when you take it back. What?? At this point I was speechless just wanted to get my money back. They DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME FULL REFUND had end up paying $224 for having nothing fixed and driving 30 minute back and forth for 5+ times what a waste of time and money. Overall, their business was unprofessional when I come in other than Ceaser no body seem to know what is going on. They definitely do not have the best tool for testing and give wrong diagnosis. Service time was incredible. A walk in for my iPhone screen and LCD repair only took an hour. But there was actually dust UNDER my new screen, and it broke within a few days. Even when it wasn't broken, it was nearly impossible to use my 3D touch. The screen is somehow too thick and insensitive to work, yet not strong enough? The LCD replacement was dull and the colours were off. I would NOT recommend this place. It wasn't even cheap for these clearly cheap replacement parts. read more
