When the tiles were picked up, 2 of the three tiles were the wrong color, and although sold as the same size, the sizes were off by a few millimeters. As you may or may not know, a few millimeters on a tile that will be installed side by side is quite an issue. Moving forward, the same installation company that installed 1700 sq ft of porcelain tile in my whole house was hired to do this very easy project. The installers notify me and show me that the tiles are defective. The tiles were warped, and the edges would not line up; meaning if installed, it would not have a smooth and even appearance. I grab my receipt and tiles, and head back to the store, hoping for them to help me with this issue. From the moment, I presented them with the problem, there was NO INTENTION of providing any kind of customer service. They immediately became defensive, and called the owner, warehouse manager, and saleswoman. All proceeded to insult me and the installer, saying that we did not know how to do the job- YET, still admitting that those tiles were in fact damaged! At no point did they offer to show me or sell me any other type of tile or offer to order me a new batch of the same tile. So, with my hands tied, I decide to return it. As this time, Alexandra, the sales woman says, "It's a 25% restocking fee. Oh! And you're lucky its within the 10 days because I would not have returned it." She proceeded to say that this was a special order. Special order?? Does she mean the tiles I originally returned because of the WRONG color and size were SPECIALLY ordered for me?? Do not be fooled. This is not a warehouse. This is a showroom. Therefore, ALL orders are "special orders" and ALL orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. So, I walked out of there with $200 less in my account, an insulted installer, and ZERO tiles! Please- Don't make the same mistake!

Prosein does not offer a real warranty on fixtures (at least not on mhiler).
