I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. Teddy, one of the associates at the garden area explained where each Type/size is more appropriate to use which helped me decide which one to get. Teddy was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions. He also offered to help me load the merchandise in my car since I'm elderly. last week I went to HD again to buy flowers . He came over and asked if I needed help since he saw me looking at the hanging flowers which was above my reach. **robin holmqvist, you own this company. wake up**…read more whatever you do, do not use this company. do not buy from them. do not hire them for service. do not even waste your time calling them. pocono pool and spa has provided, without question, some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. no one answers the phone. emails go unanswered. there is absolutely no communication. when you do manage to get through to someone, you're told they're busy, with zero sense of urgency or accountability. i have been trying to get issues with my hot tub resolved for over a year. a year. it has been constant back and forth, chasing them for answers, trying to get someone from service to respond, and getting nowhere. once they have your money, good luck. you will feel like you're stranded on an island trying to get someone--anyone--to help you. i would not want my worst enemy to have to go through the experience i have had with this company. there are plenty of other companies out there selling and servicing pools and hot tubs. save yourself the frustration, the time, and the headache and go somewhere else. i cannot stress this enough: do not use pocono pool and spa.
