I had good hopes for this company as I heard some good things but obviously not…read more Like the other reviews, the desk/phone staff are truly what makes the experience here so bad. They have no problem being rude and arguing with patients/people despite having no part and knowledge in your care. They also enjoy hanging up on patients/people when they don't want to deal with you anymore even if you've been nothing but respectful. The doctors will terminate you as a patient immediately for not being available when they want you to be available even when you've been very clear about your availability. Along with cancelling appointments without any type of notice whatsoever...wasting your time, money, and gas if you don't live close. Although the termination letter clearly states the termination is 30 days from the date on the letter they will not honor that at all. Also a warning...whoever handles the mail will change addresses as well so the mail isn't sent to the correct address. On top of all that mess, they WILL withhold your own lab results from you. Overall this company doesn't know how to handle nor treat patients/people very well. They need new staff or the staff needs serious training to hopefully be better for returning/future patients. Nobody should have to deal with so many issues and so much disrespect just trying to get care. Look elsewhere if possible, there ARE better options and better treatment than what u get here.

Literally the only good thing they had was Dr.Tjarks and the sonogram lady. Both had retired and, I…read morecan honestly tell you, there is no reason to go back to this practice. The office staff and nurses are down right rude, insensitive, and snarky. They fumbled my appointments several times during the duration of my pregnancy and can not seem to communicate with each other. Yesterday I called to see if I could bring my daughter to my appt today due to a babysitter falling they and the girl on the other line said it wouldn't be an issue. I drove 40 mins to get to my appt today and they turned me away due to me having my daughter. I would have been pissed but unfortunately I was expecting them to drop the ball like they often do and fuck up my schedule once again. Please save yourself the trouble and try elsewhere. The doctors may be fine but the staff makes it not worth it.

Don't ever come here if you can help it…read more I went in to simply get my acrylic nails removed. She didn't soak them or anything she just basically ripped them off which was extremely painful. She would ask if I was in pain and when I would say yes she told me that it wasn't that bad. Then she started asking me questions about myself which was fine at first until she asked to see pictures of my sister's wedding. When I pulled up a picture she tried scrolling to other pictures and when I told her not to she tried to keep a hold of my phone. She has no sense of boundaries or professionalism not to mention the fact that there is a microwave on the counter and half eaten food everywhere. This has been my worst experience at a salon ever.

I wasn't going to post anything or say anything about this because I didn't want to waste anymore…read moretime or energy on it... but as I'm staring at my toes this morning I just can't! Can you believe I paid $35 for this pedicure? Holy crack house nail salon. No really, I'm fairly certain the lady was on crack. The bathroom sink was hooked up to the toilet with a garden hose.... she had a huge hole in her shirt, nearly the entire length of the seam... she wouldn't quit talking, even after I put headphones on... she cut them all uneven, didn't put any oil on or do a scrub or massage at all before painting... did a horrible job painting... then massaged a little with lotion after. Was not a good sign that I was the ONLY one in there from 6:15 -7:30. What the crap?! I know, first world problems, but yowza. I still can't believe how bad that experience was. Definitely going to splurge on my next one at the spa to make up for this hack job. Also her clippers were rusty and now I'm kicking myself with my ugly toes for not walking out. I'm going to soak in epsom salt and tea tree oil and hopefully kill any remaining germs from this nasty place. Ugh! So upset I didn't just walk out before she started when I saw the bathroom situation.
