They said they were too secure to my nails and they don't install that way. So the technician proceeded to speak to another technician where I could tell she was annoyed by having to remove my nails. She constantly did unnecessary filing and ripping off my nails instead of letting them soak in the alcohol for easy removal.

Got a mani pedi there. I am missing a toe nail so I was told I needed to get a gel pedicure to get…read morethat toe painted so I did. However, Paula, the woman who did my nails, did not tell me she was charging me an extra $5 for one nail on top of the cost of the gel pedicure. As soon as I got in the shower the nail fell off so it wasn't done right. I went back to have the nail fixed and the owner Dan put the same nail back on and I was told by a different employee that none of the other employees would have charged the extra $5. Almost as soon as I went back home the toe nail fell off for a second time. A few days later (only 5 days after I got my nails done) one of the fingernails fell off. I went in to have them fix them and get a refund. When I got in I asked to speak to the owner. Paula claimed to be the owner after telling me she wasn't and kept trying to argue with me even after the owner agreed to refund me and fix my nails. While I was waiting for him to finish with his customer (25 minute wait), Paula kept trying to argue with and harass me even after I said many times I will handle it with the owner. She told me they wouldn't refund even though he said he would and said the only way they would refund me is if they removed the nails. After I told her the conversation was not going anywhere and I will just speak to the owner she continued to harass me and cause a scene. She bad mouthed me not only in front of me but to other employees and customers. She then demanded I respond to her and continued to harass me and even raised her voice with me and I told her multiple times I will not be spoken to that way and I'm respectfully ending the conversation. She continued to yell at me and made various rude and disrespectful remarks including yelling GET OUT many times. The owner, Dan, did refund me and I thanked him and asked about fixing my nails and he fixed my fingernail while his employee Paula was yelling at him harassing him not to. He did not fix or offer to fix my toe nail, even though he agreed to fix my nails and refund me when I first walked in. It didn't seem like he was even going to fix my fingernail if I hadn't asked him again at the end. After all the harassment and disrespect from Paula and how long I had waited I decided to forget the toe nail because I knew it wouldn't stay on anyway since they don't do it right. Needless to say, I was absolutely appalled at not only the long quality I received for such high prices but more importantly the disrespect and complete lack of customer service.

They understood and we worked through it. I love that they took time to work on my slightly ingrown toenails and greatly improved my toe appearance and feel! Don't ever come here if you can help it…read more I went in to simply get my acrylic nails removed. She didn't soak them or anything she just basically ripped them off which was extremely painful. She would ask if I was in pain and when I would say yes she told me that it wasn't that bad. Then she started asking me questions about myself which was fine at first until she asked to see pictures of my sister's wedding. When I pulled up a picture she tried scrolling to other pictures and when I told her not to she tried to keep a hold of my phone. She has no sense of boundaries or professionalism not to mention the fact that there is a microwave on the counter and half eaten food everywhere. This has been my worst experience at a salon ever.

Can you believe I paid $35 for this pedicure? Holy crack house nail salon. No really, I'm fairly certain the lady was on crack. The bathroom sink was hooked up to the toilet with a garden hose.... she had a huge hole in her shirt, nearly the entire length of the seam... she wouldn't quit talking, even after I put headphones on... she cut them all uneven, didn't put any oil on or do a scrub or massage at all before painting... did a horrible job painting... then massaged a little with lotion after. Was not a good sign that I was the ONLY one in there from 6:15 -7:30. What the crap?! I know, first world problems, but yowza. I still can't believe how bad that experience was. Definitely going to splurge on my next one at the spa to make up for this hack job. Also her clippers were rusty and now I'm kicking myself with my ugly toes for not walking out. I'm going to soak in epsom salt and tea tree oil and hopefully kill any remaining germs from this nasty place. Ugh! So upset I didn't just walk out before she started when I saw the bathroom situation.

I booked a last minute massage due to a migraine and not only did she take care of my migraine, but it was so incredibly relaxing. Pressure was just right, and I could feel her working out knots in muscles I didn't even know I had lol. I'm sure there's more I could say but I am genuinely still coming back to reality 30 minutes later.
