Frank and his guys will fix pretty much anything on your car: brakes, exhaust systems, air conditioners, timing belts. On occasion, if he has to special-order a part, it will take a day or so, but they are prompt with completing the job and letting you know your car is ready. We also use Frank for our yearly inspection, and if something's not right, he'll fix it on the spot for you. Awesome customer service, really reliable work, and the best prices around. The other driver took full responsibility for accident. The other driver had Liberty Mutual insurance and they sent me to Crash Champions Collision. I called Crash on phone and they took care of everything they contacted enterprise so i would have a rental car and they were very professional. As my car was bumping left and right down the main road I could feel (and hear it) screeching along the road. I kept skidding along it until I reached the intersection of Herron Avenue on Polish Hill where I could finally pull over. Once I parked and got out to look, I realized there was a bigger problem. Not only was the tire flat, it was completely destroyed. I then walked around the car and realized the OTHER back tire was also flat! How does this happen?! After talking with my parents I called AAA and had the car towed to this mechanic that my close friend recommended. She told me that she has taken her car to Al's for all of her services. Al's is also on Polish Hill (about a half mile away from this specific intersection of Bigelow Blvd and Herron Ave). I called Al and talked to him on the phone. He told me it would be no problem and to have the car towed there and he would give me a call after assessing the situation. I had the car towed Thursday night around 8 pm. Al called me Friday morning around 10 am saying the car was done! I was expecting it to take days. Obviously I've never dealt with any car issues before! I really liked that he didn't take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. He replaced the back tire with a used tire in good condition, and fixed the other back tire. He also put air in the front tires. He told me that when he started the car up it was overheating and so he added something to the radiator to help with that. I was so thankful. My boyfriend dropped me off to pick up the car and pay. The price was SOOOOO reasonable and you can pay cash or credit. It is cheaper if you can pay cash. I highly recommend this place. The guys in the garage were so nice and made this whole situation not stressful at all. Thank you for fixing my car and making my day!
