They claimed it might be a bad engine, and they don't do engines, come get it, keys are in it. Basically , I knew they just wanted to get rid of me. Took it to a good garage, they repaired and said engine is fine. Also Raley's claimed they changed the oil, but no indication whatsoever they did. After having a nightmare experience with Sams Club where I ordered 4 new tires for installation and they told me they could only put two of them on because they stripped the lug nuts so badly that they would have to cut them off and it would cost me an extra $60 I told them to return the tires and demanded my full refund. The smartest movie I made was going to Highland Tire where they were able to give me a better set of tires for an even cheaper price than Sams,they also had no problem removing the lug nuts and I was in and out within 40 mins tops. These guys know how to treat their customers,they are very genuine and I have never had a bad experience in dealing with them after all the years I have gone to them.
