We did and they said they can park anywhere on a street that doesn't have a no parking sign. As we were pulling out of our driveway we hit the united materials truck or trailer and yes it was an accident but yet it was still parked onto a street across my driveway as we were pulling out when we asked them to move the trailer/truck they told us to deal with it we're allowed to park wherever we want. The workers were very rude and not understanding that we are still paying on the truck and now we have to pay to get it fixed plus add on the monthly payment. Why is it we get stuck with the bill and the workers just get slaps on the wrists this is not OK. The workers were very rude and Adamant about not moving the truck we told him we were going to call the cops and their boss they came over they moved the truck so basically we called a hit-and-run but when the cop showed up they said it was a miscellaneous traffic accident it is not OK we are pissed that we have to pay the monthly payment plus the payment to get this truck fixed.

I had new gutters installed on my home on October 27,2021. Everything went well and I had no…read moreproblems that I knew of. In the spring of 2025 my wife noticed that there were birds hanging around the end of one gutter which seemed odd. I set up a ladder to have a look and discovered that that end of the gutter was lower than the other end where the water drains out. After further inspection I discovered that it was improperly installed. I called ABC 1 week before memorial weekend and spoke with a lady about my situation. She told me that they would come out the next day and check it out. I stayed home all day waiting for someone to show up, no body came. I waited another 2 months for them to set up another time because I figured that everyone was out for the holiday. I called again about 2 weeks ago and this time the lady told me that the ice and snow had caused it and that it wouldn't be under warranty without any inspection. I assured her that wasn't the case and that it was improperly installed. She was very rude and condescending but agreed to send someone out to have a look at it. I told her that I wanted them to install a few more gutters that I skipped before because of money restraints. I still haven't heard from them nor do I expect to. Last year my brother had them over to his place to install some gutters and is totally disgusted with the job they did for him. I told him to call them and complain but he is somewhat passive and not sure if he did. I also asked him to leave a review here but again I'm not sure if he is going to.
