6/30/2026: I was looking to have concrete poured so that water would quit sliding into the garage…read moreafter heavy rainfall or snow melt. I contacted Blake and instant communication started. He had me take photos and measurements of the area I wanted the work done. I had the estimate within a day, and the contract was signed with work to begin the following week. (7/9/2026) 7/6: I ask for an add on quote for a small section near the area that has already been contracted for work. 7/9: I reach out in the late afternoon to see if the plan is to still start project. I get a response of "will start tomorrow". 7/10: Skid steer is dropped in my driveway. Still no contact from contractor. Around 2:30, I text contractor that I have to leave and skid steer in driveway. He responds later that there was a medical emergency and he was in the ER all day w/out his phone. He asked if it would be okay to start Sunday, July 12. I agree, remind him about the add-on quote. 7/11 - I text to verify starting tomorrow (**My property is kept locked after having someone break into our garage a few years back. I do need to unlock for the contractor to get to the working area) No response. 7/12 - No show, no response 7/13 - I get a text at 6:30 a.m. that work will begin at 8. The crew shows up and they are all kind and hard working! Great communication. I ask about the plastic ground that is there and they assure me it will be removed. I am told that there will be forms put there to keep the concrete "straight". I ask about the small add-on area and am told by the crew that Yes, it is being done (even though I haven't received a quote). Due to a water line that was exposed in the area (underground sprinkler), work needed to be delayed until I could get someone here to move it. 7/17- Sent text to contractor that sprinkler line had been moved and work could resume. He called later and said that he would be here Monday (7/20) to finish as he was getting ready to leave town for weekend with family. I again mentioned the add-on area and he said it would only be like $300 more. 7/20 - No one here by 1:45 pm so I send a text. He replies "tomorrow 9:30" 7/21 - Concrete poured! Looks great except for the plastic ground that is exposed. When I ask the contractor about it, he states that wasn't in his bid. I remind him that he didn't come and look at the property, he just asked for photos and measurements. He tells me I should have said something about that BEFORE concrete was poured. I tell him that I DID tell his crew and they assured me it would be removed. He tells me that he is the owner and I should have reached out to him! I tell him he hasn't been here and his communication has been less than stellar. He tells me "whatever, no one is going to see it anyway!" I tell him I will see it and if I ever try to sell, a new owner will see it. He storms off mumbling something. I do the same! 7/22 - I do receive a text apology from the owner basically blaming his crew for not having better communication. HOWEVER, I went back and looked at his original estimate and it did include forms so I'm not sure how it was the crews fault. The crew is here and removing the plastic ground and finishing up the last of the work. We tip them as they were great!! After crew leaves, we go out and hose off the area just to get the fine dust to settle. After doing that, we notice the water is pooling into the garage (The entire reason we wanted concrete poured!!!). We asked the contractor about it and he called and told us what he would do to correct that (gravel buildup, essentially. Asked us to go buy weed mat and he would provide gravel). States he will be here the following week to complete that. That was July 22. Today is Aug 20th. Numerous texts have gone unanswered.... So....here we are! The concrete looks great! I can't complain about that. His crew was outstanding! VERY hard working and they were doing it during that HOT spell of high 90's that we had. But I paid to have it done to keep water from going into garage and we don't have that so basically, we paid for a cosmetic project vs a functional one. For the simple fact of how the owner treated us with his poor communication (and rudeness to me!), we will not be using this company again. I would not recommend HIM, but I would recommend members of his crew.

Gave Big Sky Concrete of Great Falls, MT a deposit for excavation and foundation work. Five months…read moreand many, many unreturned emails, phone calls, texts, and registered letter later - no work done but he cashed our deposit check. Big Sky Concrete did not respond to Better Business Bureau. Had to hire a new contractor and he was great. Billed us throughout the process and only for work that had been completed. Painful lesson learned - never pay for work until it is done.

Even after a year I am still cleaning up the mess that this business made of my yard. Piles of rock…read moreand dirt. And the complete disaster that used to be plush grass. I knew there would be some maintenance after the patio was done but it should have not been to this degree. I even had to have a new line put in for me sewer and the excavator and digging that the other people did did not even match. It was almost like they were never even there so that to me says that James and his crew should have cared more about the after effects and their good name then the paycheck. Which he asked me for before they were even finished and with hesitation I paid asking when the clean up would be done. Two weeks later I got a very discouraging reaction as if I were an absolute inconvenience to them. BUT I PAID YOU!! Thanks for nothing. I haven't even been able to thoroughly enjoy the patio as it is surrounded by disaster. I would definitely recommend you look else where for this kind of work.

When you have Williamson fencing do work for you remember they will just do it their way doesn't…read morematter what you want as a customer. I had them put in a 6 foot chain link fence for my children. When the project was done the fence was nothing but a danger to my children. The pointy metal edges (ties that hold the fence in place) where all exposed towards my children. When I called to have this fixed I was told it was Industry standard. I ask them to fix the problems and they told me it would cost more money for them to come out and fix the problems that I had with the fence. I didn't have a lot of budget for this project so spending more money was out of the question. Williamson fencing didn't care about the problems I had with the fence. They told me to teach my kids not climb over the fence and if they do and when they get cut up the owner said I bet they won't do that again,. So if you need a fencing company try any one else.

Do not use this business. Very unprofessional. My husband was treated horribly. Once during a job…read morefor his work and the other as a customer. When he went to their office for his work, the secretary was extremely rude to him and even cussed at him. Because he tapped her on the shoulder to get a signature. The other one was more recent. Thought we would give them a chance. He called to get a quote on a fence we are wanting replaced at our home. When he called, again the secretary was rude on the phone. Then it took 3 days for the guy to call my husband back. He made the appointment for him to come look at the fence. My husband showed up and waited 40 minutes and the guy never showed or called. This business needs to rethink about who they have answering their phones and putting in first contact with their customers. Secretary needs a sever attitude adjustment!! Sorry 2 many strikes for us. We will use someone else.
