Who charges for a quote?! Also, was not impressed with the lady who answered the phone - very abrupt, not friendly. This is no way to do business. Call Vernon's Tree service instead. I called him after getting the cold shoulder from All About, and he answered immediately, was very friendly and is going to come give me a FREE quote.
