Jacob, one of its agents, sat down with my parents yesterday and laid out a new plan with the same coverage and a much cheaper rate. Also, he found one which would put them on a twelve month cycle instead of a six month, locking them into the cheaper price for longer! Jacob and Able Agency will save them nearly a thousands dollars on my rents' insurance over the next year, which made our day. He was very patient and even listened to all my dad's crazy stories! It was one of the first check cashing places that said it was open till 6pm on a weekday. I called them to make sure they would be open they said they would be until 6pm. I got there at 5:30 and they were closed with no one in sight. I thought it was a coincidence so I tried again to. Their weekend hours posted reflect closing time at 4:00pm. I got there at 3:50pm they were closed and door locked. The worker had actually walked out 1 minute before I parked. He was sitting in his car and I let my window to ask him why they closed early and he put up the index finger to indicate "one sec" needless to say he never let the window down. I've given multiple chances for this company to honor their hours posted and they have failed both times. I personally wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
