I turned back around and ask if she was able to help me and she begrudgingly came to help me. My glasses were VERY crooked to the point it was comical. I told her about this and she seemed bothered to have to fix them. Towards the end she was kinder but I had to go in again as they were still crooked when I got home probably because she just twisted them by hand and then did something in the machine half heartedly. The next time I went in, there was only one member of staff working and again things were not very professional and not very friendly either. It's a shame as I really like the eye doctors and the contact lenses package they provide but will be switching to another.

Robert and his team helped me pick out a scooter but when I realised I'd rather have an electric wheelchair, I messaged Robert and he got in touch very promptly. I could exchange my scooter for the type of electric wheelchair that fitted my budget (the scooter money going towards the chair) the best and went above and beyond in his assistance to us. He made sure my husband and I knew all about the chair, and took plenty of time to patiently answer questions and give us further advice. I was so happy with my purchase which is perfect for me. I am also extremely pleased with the service given and highly recommend this shop to anyone considering a scooter or electric wheelchair. The aftercare given has been excellent too. I couldn't be more pleased with the services the shop supplied and the recommendations made and support given. Thank you all so much for all your help and advice which will be very useful.
