Humiliated and embarrassed and offended and accused of lying about store members which have been informed to lie to the public so doors stay open for the final saturday to trade before sale commences to maximise opportunity. Accusing me of being hostile whilst trying to defend myself against the inaccuracies. Terrible service. My repurpose work is shocking and I have paid nearly £300 for this! Diamonds not even cleaned prior to setting whilst loose to enable good foundation. Diamond wobbly and not held sufficiently as one clasp isn't holding the gem. I've been told (having shown photos) that jewellery is 'FINE' and I am to take it to another jeweller if I am not happy!!! I had to pay £27.00 p&p (insurance) to receive as that humiliated and affected by the whole situation I didn't want to enter the store. This p&p isn't accurate as they have a business account, so they have even took extra money when they know they get a cheaper cost to post. Couldn't even be honest about this. When in the store, there was an absolutely lovely lady that looked after myself and my partner during a couple of hours whilst we looked for bracelets and earrings. Indeed I even met the owner Steff who was an absolute gentlemen and clearly has a love for his jewellery and that his wife designed (I loved it also, which is why I purchased some). I have been having a terrible time due to lots of things (health and death) and needed something a little 'spiritual' to have a new 'cycle' of positivity and selected the beautiful Steff dragonfly charms with the hoops. Dragonflies are for renewal and new cycles and represent positivity. Such a shame I have been treated this way given the visit to store which is a total contrast to how I have been spoken to subsequently. I'd also like to wish the lovely Ann a happy retirement and thank her for the many emails she had sent over the course of the last several weeks.

They made me feel very welcome and gave me a chair. The lady serving me had endless patience and brought lots of items for me to try. I explained I had a budget as it was to be a present from my son. I bought a beautiful bracelet that I absolutely love. I shall go back. Thank you: lovely staff and beautiful jewellery.

Based in the Manor Walk part of the town, the shop is a good size with a fantastic range of colourful products. You can find smellies like bubble bath, soaps and scented candles or homeware like vases or cocktail glasses. They also do toys, nic-nacs and jewellery, and a great range of handmade cards. Everything is displayed beautifully, sometimes according to colour or designer. My favourite range there is by SIA - really good quality and unique. The ladies who work there are friendly and chatty and will gift wrap your purchases for you free of charge, and finish them in pretty bows. I always know that a gift bought from here will be well received. They currently have some gorgeous Christmas decorations in store so I will be back soon to have a browse!
