After 3 emails asking why they'd sent me a 2nd hand unit when I'd paid for a brand new one were ignored we decided to send it back - especially as we'd then discovered that it was already registered as well so that was further proof that this was a returned item. I had to chase up after I'd sent it back Special Delivery just to be told in a one liner email that they had refunded the product! No 'sorry' - No 'would you like us to send you a brand new one' ! So don't be fooled by the lure of a good deal, this a shambles of a company and I'd highly recommend steering clear.

Rachel, after a short discussion with us established what type of ring would be perfect for my girlfriend. Rachel was also very mindful of our budget and did not try to entice us to buy a more expensive ring. In fact she positively promoted a ring that was well under our budget figure as she felt it would be perfect for Sarah. She was right and Sarah loved the ring.
