Barely an apology...they just said, "things happen"! No x-rays or anything basic done. Today I call and they put me on hold after me explaining that my daughter was indicating tooth pain...after being put on hold, the receptionist came back on and asked me what I needed again...I asked if she were the person I had just spoken to and she said yes...then again I restated what I needed and she then cut me off and said they didn't have any appointments so I would need to call around. I said this is why I established care for my daughter here for, so she could get seen when she needed to. I was told to "call around"! Not sure if we're being discriminated against because my daughter has special needs but I'm beyond disappointed/dissatisfied! My daughter deserves the same respect and consideration as every other kid! They did NOT give my child a "tour" and there was not a misunderstanding! I do NOT recommend!
