Luke told me the phone could not be repaired and that leaving it in a cold car had allowed moisture in and that was the cause. I am still not sure I believe him, but he assured me I would lose everything soon if I didn't get a new phone. The insurance had a $200 deductible for a refurbished phone. I felt I had no choice. I left my phone with him and came back after work. The whole deal cost me almost $175 ( You pay 6% sales tax for the $600 phone), plus $20 a month until my contract runs out in November. OUCH!!!! However, Luke was helpful and patient while I asked myriad questions about how to use this new phone. He assured me I was less stupid than many customers. (my words). When I whined about the $20 and the $30 upgrade fee he suggested I call customer service. I did and they waived the $30. I like the new phone and think it is easier to use than my old one. Alas, I will miss my cool case. HOWEVER, A PHONE SHOULD LAST AS LEAST AS LONG AS THE CONTRACT!!! I would recommend Luke. I will go to him again if I need any help.
