Called to order a couple extinguishers and to refill one empty one at the house. I spoke to Diana she scheduled an appt. they never showed up. I called since they were an hour late and the person who was suppose to come was still at their shop or office. I gave them another chance. I rescheduled the appointment for a week later between a one hour window that I knew I needed. I called the day prior to confirm they changed the time on us. I clearly wrote it in my schedule since they didn't show up a week prior. I ended up cancelling. There's many other companies to call. These scheduling errors are not necessary. read more

He could've easily sold me an extra Halon extinguisher that I didn't need (because, what do I know?), but told me honestly that we had enough for our office. We recently installed a fire alarm system for our business (not by Spectrum) and was told the water bell was defective. Called a few places and either they want too much for troubleshooting or could not work with us immediately. Called Spectrum and Gus came in the same day (about 2 hours later). He quickly diagnosed our issue and found that our water was NOT defective. He had just saved us over $1500.00 in bell replacement cost. He recommended only what is absolutely necessary and even showed me how the system worked and what to look out for.
