Don't use- contact the provider directly!!- you get nothing for your money…read more Used this company years ago because of it's 'one stop shop' advertisements for internet and satellite tv access. The claim was that they would take care of any issues dealing with the services we got from them. However, when service issues arose and they were called, their response was call Dish or Hughesnet directly- they would do nothing. Final straw was the attempt to cancel our Dish service. Once again, when told by Dish to have the 3rd party provider remove equipment at the antenna, Wirefree refused to do so without additional fees from us. They are useless.

Like using a bad walkie talkie. Was not told of potential latency problems. Finally just cancelled our Internet service too and paid the exit penalty.... $$$$ and found a better alternative. Also when we signed up we were told "You're dealing with us as a local company and you won't have to deal with the support 800 number".... Not true.... WFUSA always just told us to call the 800#. Finally the "25Mbs" speed may technically be true... but the look and feel of the service was far more "sluggish" feeling than other services that were running 8Mbs or less that I've connected to. Even during your "high speed" period.... it was pretty unimpressive.... plus we had a 20G plan and rarely stream movies or anything... and our data was gone in about 10 days... then we dropped to a crawl...... other than that... pretty good.

Awful company. Upgraded my phone and they sent me a defective one and sent a new one the next day…read more Said 60 days to send it back. I sent it back got an email that said I only had 15 days to send it back. Now they put a 700 plus charge on my account. Been dealing with this for a week. They Want it paid in full by today. Won't even give me two more days til payday. All because they don't want to deal with the defective phone they sent in the first place.

I spoke to a Supervisor on 10/16/24 and she made an install appointment for me for 10/19/24. On 10/19/24 the Hellotech was a "no show" and never arrived, I received no email, no phone call, and no text message from Hellotech about my appointment. On 10/19/24 I called HelloTech at noon and Bryan requested to have a Supervisor call me within two hours. I received no call, no email, and no text message from a Supervisor. HelloTech is a scam and they lead people on to think they will schedule the appoinment based on your availability. Now I see HelloTech canceled my appointment. I still need to have HelloTech install my tv. Please have a Senior Manager call me to set an install appointment. I purchase the large tv and install service through Walmart because they offered an install service with HelloTech. HelloTech refuses to contact me, they refuse to honor their install appointment, and I still need help installing my tv.
