Spectrum is the worst company in the area , Been with them for about 20 years , since bright house was serving the area. Lately service was really bad internet always out for hours at the time. This is the closest store unless I wana drive to Orlando or Davenport. Both traffic extra anything between 25 to 40 to and 1 drive (1way.) I went few months ago to exchange but the young lady said I wasn't the main account holder and refused to help even if I was the secondary. I left havent been there since. Today I went in around 1pm but it was so busy (27 names before me. ) I left to do other errands and came back around 3pm. Again there is an issue. But this time I am the main account holder. They looked up my name with phone number, nothing. For about 15 min they kept telling me I don't have service with spectrum. Even showing my payment I just made yesterday morning with my card info. Only for a superior to come and show them they were on a wrong page or they were not signed into the right log. Who are these people hiring people not qualified with technology or manners. I have to trust these employees with my private information. This store fails me everything. And I have to waste gas and my time to get better service in a area I dont even live in. The Spectrum in the Loop area on Centerview Blvd and Osceola Parkway was fantastic today. I made a reservation for 2:40 and I was taken in 5 minutes before that time even though they were busy. Stefani was very nice, helpful, personable and knew all the information of the cell phone I was buying for my son, and also knew English and Spanish.. so I got to practice my spanish a little bit as well. : ) I appreciate being with Spectrum for TV and phone and this store specifically. read more

Spent over a half hour waiting to be attended. You are asked to sign in to a device to be added to the waitlist. I received a text about 10 minutes after checking in, saying my turn was coming up soon and to return to the store (in the event I stepped out- I didn't). You would assume that after receiving this text I'd be called up within 5-10 minutes. Nope. 20 minutes went by, 30 minutes went by and I was still waiting! I only needed to return a cable box, nothing else. Everyone is just hopelessly waiting to be called. There were a couple of people who walked in and then walked out cause they didn't want to wait. We were met at the door by a greeter who decided whether you are allowed in, or whether you should call for assistance. As we walked towards the door, there was one person in front of us trying to get in. He was literally begging the greeter to let him in, so he could drop off the device that he was told to bring in. After about seven minutes of listening to this guy plead for help, the line began to grow. I guess the greeter grew tired, and decided to let the guy in to return the equipment. By the time we got into the building, we saw a few associates walking around, and the others behind the counter. It was not very busy, but the length of time we waited, seemed like an eternity. When we were finally seen, Arsenio, (the agent) told us that nothing was wrong with our router, and we did not need to come in. I explained that we received an email advising us to come in, and get a new router, because ours was not working properly with their new upgrades. He stated that Spectrum sent out a mass e-mail to it's customers by mistake, and that nothing is wrong with the router. I asked if he would please switch it out since we we drove out of our way, and he did. I'm very happy he allowed us to have the new equipment, because the new router actually does worked better than our previous one. The low score is primarily because of the greeter. No one should be hassled, or have to beg to turn in equipment. read more

I was a loyal Spectrum customer for over 6 years. This summer, another internet provider installed fiber optic cables in my community. I called to inquire the speed of internet and pricing, mainly out of curiosity. Not only would their service be faster, it would be $40 per month cheaper - nearly cutting my bill in half. After their technician came and set up my service, I called to cancel my Spectrum service. Suddenly, I was offered discounted services and deals. I declined, as even with those discounts I was still able to get cheaper and better quality internet from another provider. A week later, I got a call from Spectrum. More deals! Can you believe it? The woman was very nice on the phone, up until I told her that I was happy with my decision to leave. She hung up on me mid-sentence. All that to say - your loyalty does not matter. It will not decrease your bill, it will not increase your quality of service. You will not be offered deals or promotions until after you cancel. If you do have Spectrum service, I would recommend calling to cancel every so often - maybe they'll offer you a discount to stay. read more

This place does not deserve any great stars after having my modem not working and spectrum trying over the phone to trouble shoot they offered me the option to get a tech 3 days later or next day go to Spectrum store and replace. I came at 10am and was told come back at 1pm as they have a limited supply of routers. Came at 1pm and had to wait just like everyone else who was making a purchase or just needed help for a bill. They DONT HAVE A LINE JUST FOR SALES and ANOTHER FOR NON SALES. Terrible place to be. It took them at least 2hours 30minutes . As of the time I wrote the review. Almost better off if they gave me the option to send me one via FedEx and Ill return the other one to the store. They do have an agreement with UPS store to drop off equipment. This place SUCKS!! Spectrum service in South Orlando has got to be the worst provider in the market. Constant outages with no explaining as apart to weather! Which truly every other provider experience Mother Nature all at the same time and ZERO outages from any other part from spectrum. Paying for service you have constant issues with and can't even change providers as they have monopolized there service in the specific rental communities and no one else can service in. DONT RECOMMEND. Save your self the headaches and frustration. read more

Spectrum service is overpriced and riddled with service problems, I recently canceled my service because I was being charged $140+ every month for internet and limited streaming channel services, which kept failing or ran slow. Sadly because I did not turn in my equipment 2 days earlier Spectrum charged me a full month of service. I feel robed $140+ for 2days and customer service tell me sorry we don't prorate our service. I will never use Spectrum again and just want others to be aware of Spectrums true colors; beware of the fine print. Yesterday, I went to the spectrum store to return my modem. I checked in, then sat down. I noticed 3 representatives at that time, all helping customers. Over the course of 15 minutes, 3 more representatives came out to help customers. There were about 10 customers waiting to be helped, including myself. I was happy to see the 3 representatives that had come out, which would shorten my wait to be helped. As I watched, the 3 representatives would not stop talking to each other instead of taking care of customers. This went on for about 10 minutes before the associate invited the other associate into the locker area, leaving the customers at the counter area to wait. About 3 minutes later, the 3rd representatives joined them. When that door opened, I noticed the other two associates standing in the locker area talking before the door closed. I was finally called about 15 minutes later. My transaction took 2 minutes to complete. Those associates never returned to help customers while I was in the store. Is customer service no longer a priority. The workers are taking advantage. Someone should review video from that store for 11/10/23 at about 2 pm until 3 pm. Maybe they could get rid of dead weight. read more

I have Spectrum internet and Cable service since I moved to Bellalago this year. Yesterday, I change my wife long time T-Mobile phone line to Spectrum because T mobile signal in my new community is very weak. She has problem with phone call. I went to Spectrum in Kissimmee. Even though the store is busy and there were a lot of people waiting, the time is worth. The tech Thomas Campos is excellent. His expert service we like to compliment. He explained that the Spectrum used Version signal in my area, and we would not have same problem with Spectrum. We are retired and know little about phone. He is very patient and does every set up and explains details to us. When we returned home, the phone works very good. It has no signal problem. We get 5 star service from Thomas. When my device needs to change, I will definitely change to Spectrum and make an appointment with Thomas. Tom Tong read more
