In 30 years with this company and paying $90 a month for the last 2 years I have never been offered a deal. After speaking with your customer service several times in regards to the compromised service I continually had, I was never once offered a reduced rate or deduction in my monthly payment. Now that you finally have competition, which I have gone with as of last week, you now send me this information for a lesser rate. As a consumer, it's insulting to know that I was treated this way and received this information after several attempts to remedy your faults with our systems. Iif anyone reading this review has any option to leave spectrum and go with another company I encourage you to do it .
