I had an excellent experience at this T-Mobile location. I went in to get a new phone on my lunch break. They had both the model of phone and specific case I was looking for in stock and the staff member helping me was professional and courteous. They transferred everything from one phone to the other without a hitch and I was on my way in under a half hour. They lie and do not know what they're doing. They tell you that you have to take a free Ipad and watch bundle to get a free phone. Sounded sketchy. Turns out they were partially free but they get you with the line charges. DO NOT GO THERE. If you want t-mobile, go to the Herkimer corporate store. They helped with the mess that New Hartford caused. By the way, my t-mobile service is great with great coverage. Spectrum kept dropping my calls. read more

I have never had this much trouble getting a phone plan. I have now made 3 trips and Neither phone on the plan work properly. This is 120 miles total. Today I could not call them or text them so iI drove up. The girl " fixed" my phone. She sure did. I can not make a call or text. I did receive one text. It was two lines long and I got it 12times.
