The complete lack of customer service was initially irritating and really left me somewhat baffled…read more After about 10 minutes the situation became almost comical and we left without being acknowledged or helped. We walked into the store to see about 5-6 other groups clearly waiting around for assistance. Nobody greeted us or the other customers that were entering the store, and we were left to wander around. Due to the open layout of the store there was no coherent line that had formed. This would have been understandable, but there was also no system in place for keeping track of who was next in line to be helped. When we asked another person how long she had been waiting for, her response was, "20 minutes and nobody has even looked my way." The comical part started when a display iphone was separated from its security tether and a loud, constant alarm started ringing. I was under the impression that a security alert would at least draw some attention towards us. Nope, all three reps remained seated and blissfully ignored the shrill alarm. We left after 5 minutes of listening to this alarm go off and watching the 3 reps calmly stare at their ipads. Luckily I was only there to help someone else with a phone upgrade. I'm happy to be a Verizon Wireless customer, where they at least have dedicated representatives that greet you and enter you into a queue. This store needs help in more ways than one, and until it gets it I would recommend avoiding the experience at all costs. This took place on 10.19.2014.
