We were happy with this plan as it provided what we wanted as far an insect-free and weather-safe area for outdoor living. As would be expected, the canopy died eventually (2012) and to our dismay the company that had produced the frame/canopy was no longer in business. Because the canopy attaches to the frame by way of snaps that have zero tolerance for misalignment we despaired of being able to replace it. That leads me to Concord Awning. They were (and are) amazing. They produced the new canopy in 2012 to the exact size needed and then came and attached the snaps in situ such that they lined up perfectly. They provided very friendly, professional service and though the canopy was not inexpensive, it has been worth every penny. Now we have reached the point where the canopy needs to be cleaned and refinished. I'm glad to say that Concord Awning is still as friendly and helpful as they were six years ago. I'll be dropping my canopy off in a couple days for examination, repair as needed and to be sent out for the restoration process. Especially after seeing the previous review, I have no doubt that we'll once again be very happy when we reinstall our canopy next spring. If your looking for awnings or canopies, this is the first place to consider.

WORTH WAITING FOR!! If you are in the market for an awning, Eric Piper of Image Awnings in…read moreWolfeboro, NH is your guy! We picked out our fabric and placed our order mid-July. What was supposed to take 8-10 weeks took a bit longer - due to COVID, our fabric was back-ordered. Eric sent us occasional updates while we waited. It arrived mid-October and we scheduled the install right before Veterans Day. The A Team comprised of Eric, Mike and Steve arrived, worked like a well-oiled machine, and in no time at all our new awning was up and running. This crew was professional, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. We highly recommend Image Awnings!

They seemed to be professional or so we thought. Not quite a year later our awnings failed. It was very clear that they were not installed properly, we also had damage to the siding of our home. Although concerned we were shocked to be treated in such a disrespectful and rude manner. They actually refused to stand behind their work and tried to get additional funds from us. These awnings are expensive, were reported to be some of the best in the area. Our advice is to look elsewhere... they have the sale psychology down... how they stand behind their product and installation including the materials they use. Don't fall for it. Other installations near us have encountered the same experience. Poor installation practice and failures... only to be treated in a disrespectful manner with an outrageous estimate to fix the issue... And we thought they could be trusted and stood behind their work. They sadly do not... it is how they choose to do business. You will notice a 5 star review which is not accurate ... ours sadly is. The company cannot be trusted.

After my initial call and email I was handed off to his site coordinator for install and fabric selection (Andre). He came over, seemed to be very nice at first, and did all the selections needed, 3 weeks later, (as promised) the install happened. It was October/November timeframe when installed, too late in the year to offer any real review on the actual awnings and their operation, I will know more about that in the spring. I can say the installation was very poor, I had two awnings installed to cover my deck, installed uneven and the power cord on one was stapled to the side of my house like a 10 year old did it, VERY disappointed! Texting Andre and getting nowhere fast, ( he didn't seem to really care), I emailed Rod again and he said it was all fixable, that was 2 months ago with no email or call since so I have to assume nobody is coming back, spending 10K+ for these awnings with install was a very bad experience! I was also told at the beginning I would get access to an APP to control my awnings, I wasn't shown any of that and I believe I paid extra for that feature, I still have no idea what to do to make that happen, I FEEL as though once the check was cashed they had very little interest in working with me any longer. Too bad I have heard good things about them and that's why I went to them, maybe I am the oddball customer experience but needed to vent on a review so this will hopefully help someone down the road to watch out for certain things. I pray no more issues in the spring, bad enough I have to re-wire it so I doesn't look so bad when spring comes.
