Said if I did not want it I could return it in 10 days and they would take it back. He also recommended the new Direct TV streaming system. Also returnable in the same time frame no harm no foul. I could not hook it up so I had a friend come out and after a lot of connecting and disconnecting I decided the systems were not something I wanted to continue so on 11/13/23 I went back to the store to return the equipment. I was met with resistance and rude behavior. Not only would they not take the equipment back they told me I had to return it and cancel the DirectTV. I have never been treated so badly by a company that advertises that Customer Service is their priority. These employees at this store are in need of some intense training on how to treat people. I was so disappointed with this store I am going to seriously consider taking my phone service to another company.

I called customer care to see if I was eligible for an upgrade on any of my phones that are on my account. I was told by customer service representative that all I had to do was pay $125 which is for payments on my iPhone 14 Pro Max and I can walk into any store and upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I asked the customer service representative if that's the only thing I had to pay the $125 several times and the customer service representative told me that's all you have to pay is $125 and you can walk into any T-Mobile store and trade your phone in. I did not need to pay anything else I did pay the $125 and when I went to the store to upgrade the work at the T-Mobile store told me I had to pay $450 down payment on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I told him that the customer service representative that I just spoke to said all I had to pay was $125 that is it that I did not need a down payment. so I called customer service again and spoke to a representative and told him everything that was going on and what the sales person at the T-Mobile store told me I asked for a refund they told me that they will process a refund because I was misled by the representative I spoke to, about a week and a half and I still do not have the refund every day. I call and speak to a customer service representative at T-Mobile and every day I'm told that the refund was submitted I was getting it back and I have it in 24 hours. I even spoke to a supervisor at T-Mobile several times that told me that my refund was processed and it should be in my bank and every day I keep being told that I should have the money within 24 hours. I even had a customer service representative. Call me to make sure that the money was deposited back into my account. I told her it wasn't. She told me that she would call me back later that she was going to expedite it and find out why it's not in my account because it was approved and she never called me back, so I called them again. They told me that the payment was approved and that it should be in my account then I was put on hold and was told that the representative was contacting my bank to try and find out why that money is not back in my account, which everybody knows that a bank is not going to talk to anybody else about someone else's bank account without your permission so I was on hold for about 40 minutes and then the representative hung up on me. every time I call and speak to a different representative. Every representative has a different story to tell me none of their stories match up so now I'm gonna cancel my account with T-Mobile. I am a Marine Corps combat veteran and every time I talk to them, they lie to me and have different stories. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anybody so now I have to call the corporate office and try to get to the bottom of my refund and the corporate office will see every representative that took my phone call and they will be able to hear all the different lies that I've been told to, it's just disgusting that when they want their money they take it in a heartbeat and then they jerk you around as a loyal, faithful customer for over two years and lie to cover their own ass thank you so much

We spent an hour at the East Wenatchee store verifying the details and were assured it would be a better deal. On my wife's birthday, we returned to make the switch. We then spent 3-4 hours trying to get the T-Mobile app to work just to move my current phone to the new provider. T-Mobile ordered new phones for us, delivered some to our home, and claimed to have one reserved at the store--only for us to discover they had sold the phone that was supposedly reserved. When we returned to have the phones activated, the process took another 30-50 minutes. Afterward, when we reviewed the bill, the sales rep realized they could not reimburse our remaining Verizon balances and that our new monthly bill would be significantly higher than Verizon's. The sales rep then spent over an hour behind closed doors with the manager, only to return and say their best recommendation was for us to switch back to Verizon. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no accountability, and not even an apology. We waited nearly four hours and walked away with absolutely nothing. The lack of care, professionalism, and follow-through was shocking. Do not switch. Do not trust the promotions. Do not waste your time walking through their doors.

Verizon customers beware! This location looks like an official Verizon store but it is not! I got…read morescammed into what was said to be a "free" iPad with only a $10/month service charge. I was charged a bunch of extra fees above what Verizon direct would charge and the data plan was $25.81 instead of $10. When I went to return the iPad to the store, the big guy (can't remember his name but you will know who I'm referring to) tried to say there was a scratch on the iPad and he "couldn't return it". I immediately drove over to the legitimate Verizon store and spoke with the manager who took a look at the iPad and agreed that there was nothing wrong with it. I was able to return the iPad through Verizon but sure wish I would've been aware that this East Wenatchee location was TCC, NOT VERIZON, like all the signs outside say!! Go to the real Verizon at 1134 N Miller St! You've been warned and I'm no Karen!
