I worked with Bilie and I can't say enough about her customer services skills. So refreshing coming from Xfinity. Billie explained the setup process in easy to understand terms, set dates, and expectations. Once the configuration step was complete on the ifiber.com side, it was a simple plug and play of my wifi router. Worked "right out of the box". So far, the service has been rock solid (a must for my IT work) and based on my experience I expect the same going forward. ifiber.com is a solid five stars!

Verizon customers beware! This location looks like an official Verizon store but it is not! I got…read morescammed into what was said to be a "free" iPad with only a $10/month service charge. I was charged a bunch of extra fees above what Verizon direct would charge and the data plan was $25.81 instead of $10. When I went to return the iPad to the store, the big guy (can't remember his name but you will know who I'm referring to) tried to say there was a scratch on the iPad and he "couldn't return it". I immediately drove over to the legitimate Verizon store and spoke with the manager who took a look at the iPad and agreed that there was nothing wrong with it. I was able to return the iPad through Verizon but sure wish I would've been aware that this East Wenatchee location was TCC, NOT VERIZON, like all the signs outside say!!
