Parking was rather easy to find and empty so I was able to find parking near the elevator and the gates were open so I did not pay but I did see a sign for a flat rate of $4. Finding the actual office is not hard at all. Once you enter you'll see the signs and they're pretty clear so there's no way to get lost. Once I walked in, Cary greeted me with a smile as she was expecting me. We went over the registration process, verification of insurance and payment. That must have taken a good 5-10 minutes and I was taken back for pre-ops immediately. Back there, I met the most amazing people ever. I was a little nervous and you can tell by my face and the staff made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was lovely from Lizmarie, Shiloh, Dr. Behar, I mean everyone was the bomb.com! (might not remember all of the names since I learned them pre Anesthesia LOL) I must have been there for less than 2 hours total including the procedure, registration and recovery. When leaving, I was given my procedure report with pictures which was pretty cool because most places make you wait a while to obtain that. The service is very good in general, but the billing/accounting services are incredibly inefficient. I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard). I am just appalled that the billing process has been so complicated.

Sometimes I've checked in and I've had to wait about 10 minutes, sometimes I've had to wait an hour to get lab work. It's so unpredictable. Dr Carlos Castañeda was extremely rude, spent 10 minutes performing a "physical" that consisted of 9 minutes being on the computer. I didn't know what to do so I was looking at him typing which he got him upset. Although the staff at check in, nurses, labs, and accounting are great, I wouldn't want anybody to get this type of treatment at a doctor's office so I wouldn't recommend coming here.
