Parking was rather easy to find and empty so I was able to find parking near the elevator and the gates were open so I did not pay but I did see a sign for a flat rate of $4. Finding the actual office is not hard at all. Once you enter you'll see the signs and they're pretty clear so there's no way to get lost. Once I walked in, Cary greeted me with a smile as she was expecting me. We went over the registration process, verification of insurance and payment. That must have taken a good 5-10 minutes and I was taken back for pre-ops immediately. Back there, I met the most amazing people ever. I was a little nervous and you can tell by my face and the staff made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was lovely from Lizmarie, Shiloh, Dr. Behar, I mean everyone was the bomb.com! (might not remember all of the names since I learned them pre Anesthesia LOL) I must have been there for less than 2 hours total including the procedure, registration and recovery. When leaving, I was given my procedure report with pictures which was pretty cool because most places make you wait a while to obtain that. The security guard was a little rude though but that's sometimes to be expected. On the 4th floor where the sports medicine office is, the two young ladies that were present were very nice. They were very attentive. One was actually training the other on how to check in patients in her absence (I assume) as they worked for two different doctors. The inside is almost set up like a hospital floor. You have the "nurses station" in the middle and the surrounding rooms. I suppose that that is where they do their charting after every patient or maybe they have their own offices. Overall I think this is a great location and the view is even better.

There are two homeless gentlemen, one who shaves in public uses the back bathroom to take a cleaning in the bathroom while carrying a large suitcase. Sometimes I've checked in and I've had to wait about 10 minutes, sometimes I've had to wait an hour to get lab work. It's so unpredictable. Dr Carlos Castañeda was extremely rude, spent 10 minutes performing a "physical" that consisted of 9 minutes being on the computer. I didn't know what to do so I was looking at him typing which he got him upset. Although the staff at check in, nurses, labs, and accounting are great, I wouldn't want anybody to get this type of treatment at a doctor's office so I wouldn't recommend coming here.
