Every single appliance in my home right down to my DVD players has been purchased from this establishment. A few years back in Feb of 2015 I purchased a TV (plasma) for $699.00. We brought the tv home only to find out that what by sight ( plastic banding and taped close box) was actually a USED TV After opening the box we could only tell it was used because the plastic packaging that contained the batteries and remote had been opened and the batteries were in the remote. At which time I notified Silica that I was aware of this and they rectified the situation by adding the extended warranty at no cost to me (only because they sold me a USED TV as NEW! Flash forward to 2 weeks ago 4/17 today. The tv malfunctioned and we took it back, UNDER WARRANTY, to Silica TV to have it fixed or replaced, and on Saturday of this past week I spoke with Luke and was notified that the part to fix the tv was on its way and would arrive on Tuesday (yesterday)! Today we are told that the warranty company is not going to fix the tv and would be getting in contact with me in the next 2 days to discuss the PRORATED replacement money they will be providing. In a nutshell, I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! So angry right now.
