I've taken six vehicles to Certified for repairs over the last 10 years since moving to Oldham County. Since Steve sold the business a year or more ago, I was a little apprehensive to say the least because the service had been exceptional. Steve assured me I would get the same service from Nate, the new owner. There's been a huge turnover in the last year due to retirements, health issues etc. However, I still take my vehicles there because the service hasn't changed. Just as promised. The main replacement personnel are just as good or better. Honestly, integrity found there. They warrant their work! The two negative 1 Star reviews should be ignored. There must have been some miscommunication going on there in both those cases.

The same issue happened again 11 days later. We took it in to get fixed. Fourteen days later, they told me I would need a new engine. I had to take it to the dealer to do the job again and fix everything they left taken apart or damaged. A $5000 repair turned into an additional $10000 repair. My appeals to them to make it right were ignored. Until they get some competent people working for them, I would recommend you find another place for service.

The new owner has implemented some changes, which as someone who doesn't understand cars entirely, this is a welcome change! I came in for my AC not working, and Bailey's was able to diagnose my problem, go over with me what all is needed/critical, as well as went over other items to consider for the future as well (ex: brake pads) After the conversation about what all my car needed, I received a text message that had line by line everything I discussed with them over the phone. Details included why the part is important, what it does, etc. I could pick and choose work I wanted done and work I wanted to wait on. It was so nice to have this to refer to!! If you loved Bailey's before, you will continue to enjoy them.

I told them that was fine and they put me on the books for a Friday. I dropped my vehicle off the night before and called late Friday afternoon to see what they determined and was told that they just got too busy and didn't have time to look at it. I left it thru Monday and still didn't get a call so I once again had to call and was told the same thing. Are you kidding me?? I waited 2 weeks to be put on the books and waited 2 full business days after and they never looked at my vehicle. Forget it! If it took that long to diagnose I can't imagine how long it would take to fix it.
