I needed a rush printing done for a conference poster, and they were the only place open and…read moreavailable for rush printing, so I was hoping that they were good. Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

Though the labels worked fine and I did eventually get them - seriously not impressed with the fact that I wasn't being heard and a 'guy' had to deal with it to finally get it fixed, and without me having to pay a hell of a lot more.
