There is the initial automated hold then they picked up, didn't say anything and put me hold again. I was on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally the phone started ringing. I stayed listening to it ring and ring for over 5 minutes before I hung up. I was sick with COVID. Felt horrible but had to drive down there twice just to see if they received the transfer. First they told me that their system holds prescription transfers for several hours. Then when I couldn't get them by phone the next next they acknowledged that they had it "that it was in the pile" and they would text me when it was filled. I finally found the drug at another pharmacy so I had my Dr's ofc write a prescription to that pharmacy. I tried to call Walgreens to tell them they didn't need to fill it but again....never got through. I'm sympathetic to being understaffed but this is a HUGE management problem! Your problems should not be the customers problems. My suggestion - go to any pharmacy other than Walgreens!! Especially the one at Juan Tabo/Montgomery

Worried I was going to run out of gas searching for a station I pulled in. The staff was friendly and I was in and out in a jiff! Thank goodness because I knew covid messed things up, I didn't realize the gas pumps were affected as well. I recall going past 10 pm many times until at least midnight when they'd shut down that Murphy's so I was very disappointed to find out they now close early. Luckily I got my gas and we were back on the road to the casino where I regret to say I donated my money too. Guess should've listened to Murphy's as that was the first sign it wasn't gonna be a lucky night!
