Lately, this one male employee who also works at the Shell station on Brook Park Road & West 130th is on duty. As soon as I walk in, he says he can't ring up anything because he is changing drawers. In fact, he is just standing there doing nothing. Just looking. I am certain this is not the store policy. I have never experienced this at any other time with other night shift workers. I think he is making his own rules and driving customers away. Thumbs down for this Shell station.

You have traffic coming from Middleburg and Strongsville as well as down Sprague. They do have many of your emergency essentials within the establishment. I will say though that gas is usually a little higher here. The second thing I would note is after pumping gas it has always stated "see clerk inside for receipt". When it's freezing cold and you have finished, all you want to do is get into your car and go. Especially when you want to make it to work on time. I guess "Who needs a receipt anyway"? I would say that business people do that need to submit expense reports. All in all I say "Don't sweat the small stuff, it's all small stuff"!
