    Terrible customer service. This is the only Circle K on my morning route during the summer, and I…read morehave visited this store seven times over the last three weeks to buy coffee. Unfortunately, nearly every visit has been a negative experience. First incident: I walked in to get coffee, and before I could even finish preparing it, an employee approached me with a bad attitude and asked if I was planning to fill my cup with only creamer. I politely replied, "No, ma'am." Second incident: I stopped in again and decided to use the self-checkout. The machine accepted my cash but did not complete the transaction. When I informed the clerk, she responded, "Oh yeah, it doesn't take cash," and asked me to wait. As a result, I ended up being 10 minutes late for work. Third incident: I arrived one morning to find the store completely closed, which again disrupted my morning routine and left me without coffee before work. Fourth incident (6/22/26): While my XL coffee was brewing, I approached the register and politely asked if the clerk could ring up the coffee while it finished brewing. The employee was on her phone, and it felt as though I interrupted her conversation. She turned to me and rudely stated that I could not do that and needed to bring the coffee to the register. I asked why, since the coffee was clearly visible, and she again responded in a rude tone that it was against store policy. If that's the policy, I can respect that. However, what bothered me was the way I was treated. Immediately after speaking to me, she turned back to her phone conversation and said, "Anyways, like I was telling you..." I understand that employees have policies to follow, but there is no excuse for consistently poor customer service and disrespectful interactions. I simply want to purchase a cup of coffee before work, and unfortunately, every visit seems to come with a new issue. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve the customer experience at this location. This morning was the final straw. I decided to take my business elsewhere, where the coffee was just as delicious--if not better--and the customer service was a 10 out of 10. It was refreshing to be treated with courtesy and respect as a paying customer. I would rather spend my money at a business that values its customers than continue supporting a store where poor service seems to be the norm.
