To make matters worse after speaking with a pharmacist who agreed to investigate the incident there was never any follow-up or resolution. On a seperate occasion a physician's call was not entered in the system and the physician had to call in the same prescription a second time a week later. Customer follow-up by the pharmacist and the ability to resolve problems is abysmal. Stay clear of Wlagreens Pharmacy, E Fire Tower Road, I can assure you this is one thing you won't regret.

The location is normally in a clean state, the food served is hot and fresh (I wish they would bring back 3 hotdogs for $1, those things got me through my University days), and the staff are professional. The interior is clean as well, so is the bathroom on my visits. And of course, per Sheetz, the location has excellent lighting both inside and outside. They have a carwash on sight as well which does a pretty good job, as well as a free tire inflation station which I've had the luxury and misfortune of using more times then I'd care to admit.
