I understand tips are a big part of the staffs pay (and I tip when I have cash), but I find it EXTREMELY off putting when asked that point blank in a busy drivethru. The woman serving me dropped my cup, I guess I was supposed to eat off the floor. She also had an attitude announcing when the coffee was ready.
