After I waited for 10 minutes I asked and then a lady rudely told me my food had been sitting there and I mentioned that the bag got placed there as I walked through the door so how was I supposed to know it was the order I hadn't even placed yet? She then started making rude remarks as she started to remake the food so I told her to stop and I literally got a refund and left crying because nobody acknowledged that I was inconvenienced by the app and the drive through and not being told that the order was ready even though I was told I had to reorder it all and wait in line to reorder it. No communication no apologies for the system not recognizing my online order and no help to just order it through the drive through no care that I left feeling like I was being a bitch when the lady literally started to back talk me for not knowing an order I supposedly hadn't paid for yet was ready as I was walking inside the establishment after waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes
