They notify me via text when a prescription is ready and send frequent reminders. They offer to contact your primary care provider if a prescription is expiring. All the employees I've dealt with over the past couple of years have all been pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always well stocked.

The business fought really hard to keep the Dollar General out of the Sheltontown area because they did not want any competition as they were more concerned with lining their pockets versus people in the area getting what they need at lower prices. I've been here a few times now. I went in looking for something that was out of stock at a chain farm store and found the same product (made in USA) at the same price. Surprised but happy. The chicken feed is comparable in price to some of the typical farm stores in town, but expensive compared to the price of the local livestock places. The convenience factor is higher though. A typical general store is like hoarder paradise: packed with crap, narrow aisles, but Moore's has the right balance. It's country and convenient without being overstuffed with useless, overpriced crap. In other words, they're catering to locals, not tourists, which is great.
