I didn't ask for clarification on whether or not this was a regular thing for them. If it is, that'd be a big con for me. Aside from that, the coffee was delicious, but because they had to do a pour-over for decaf, it wasn't as hot as I'd like. The prices were also a little high for what you get...higher than the large competitors, for certain.
