First off want to say Karon is amazing she has great attitude, nice smile, always has good fun energy! But there's one old lady her name is Sam she has the worst attitude, she's the only one that gives everyone a problem I seen. So I'd been attending this store since it's existence as I live within a mile and half from it. So I'd stopped in the store on my way to work everyday and typically every night on my way home. So to say I'm a regular is not without question. I know the entire staff from management to the cashiers. One morning I stopped as I had always done in the past 3:30 am. I got my cup of ice and my two Starbucks French vanilla bottles. Stopped my the counter poured them over my large cup of ice. Took the empty bottles up along with the cup of ice. Paid for it with a couple cans of dip and walked out. Well this morning that's in question I had been on the phone with the plant due to an emergency. I was in a serious hurry and I was Going through my brain dead routine however outta my aggravating conversation with a co worker i accidentally forgot the one yes one empty bottle of star bucks French vanilla latte on the counter by the fountain drinks. I didn't throw it away I didn't try to hide it. I simply forgot it. Well I went over to the counter and orders my two cans of Dip laid my cup of coffee and ice on the counter. Speedway Jesus if You know this store you know this character. Well he rang me up like Always. I walked out and went about my day. The next morning I walk in go through ny brain dead routine and I go up to the counter with my iced coffee and my empty bottle to be cashed out. And speedway Jesus says hey you didn't pay for that Starbucks coffee yesterday I found an empty bottle over by the fountain drinks. There was the empty bottle with a note on it. Didn't pay in all caps. I immediately apologize profusely and pay for it along with my items for The day. After paying for it I'm told by speedway Jesus that I'm no longer welcome on the store. That I'm not allowed to open a bottle inside the store. And I walked out without paying for it. That the Gm said I was band for Life. Lmfao right? Well I proceed to talk to all the other employees managers and regular workers everyone laughs about it. So I continue going into the store cause it was an obvious accident. And I paid for It. Well the Gm Scott it's no longer there. However he continued to wait on me in the afternoons and occasionally I'm the mornings when speedway Jesus was t there. But the problem is I'm now harassed by this moron. I been threatened to have the cops called on me by this long haired hippee freak. He's followed me outta the store when he's not even been working looking for a argument. I mean I've asked all the other employees if I'm banned and they all laugh about it as if it's the dumbest shit they've ever heard. What I'd like is for speedway to notify their employee speedway Jesus to knock off the harassment and get a life. I mean seriously dude get over it. You're the jackass that cashed my empty bottles out every day if it was the store policy that I'm not to open a bottle in the store than maybe you should've said something about it the prior two years of my homage to your place of Business. I'm quite over the fact that the only time I can't go Into speedway if when his grocery getter is outside the store. It's been a massive pain in my ass having to avoid a place of business all because this guy is a a moron. I hope you have your own stories to add about the third shift long haired creeper that stands guard over the iced coffees now. I'm so excited there's new Bp going in across the street maybe now I'll get served at a store that appreciates my loyal patronage. read more

Came here to stop and fuel up my car and my tummy coming from Louisville from the music festival. This is your average Speedway establishment. There food is the best and always the best priced compared to other gas stations. Prices are quite reasonable, stores are decently stocked, employees are okay. Cleanliness is fair. Plenty of parking too. read more

If you are into lottery and like to play from the Ohio Lottery machine I would suggest DON'T from this location. I cashed in a lottery scratcher; feeling lucky, I pushed $30 scratcher button. This must've been the last ticket in the machine, the ticket did NOT fall, and the screen for the ticket went blank. When I spoke with a cashier about it, he stated there was no manager on duty at that time and to come back the next morning to either get a refund or my ticket. Needless to say, I did what he suggested with NO resolve, only to be told there was NOTHING they could do about it. I do realize this is gambling, but at the same time, weather I was going to win or lose, I didn't want to lose this way! There was no regard for the loss of my cash in the manner of the machine malfunction. I wouldn't risk playing from this location AGAIN if they can't handle customers with more courtesy. read more

Employees take smoke breaks while customers are lined up inside. Then customers have to smell their nicotine breath when they return. At least they should use a breath mint or mouth wash. read more

If you order from Cafe and you get a panini or toasted sub at this location only they will serve it with cold meat and then tell you that you are wrong and must request that they heat the meat up . Otherwise , they will get rude and argue with you , and I suggest that you don't have them remake the order because they do so in a manner that can only be described as vindictive. read more

The staff here is always helpful and friendly. I haven't trued the food here, but I hear the food is made fresh, (sub's, pizza).

Was harassed by the manager and some dirty looking employee with filthy greasy hair (not in a hairnet who was working in the kitchen!!!!!!) yesterday for pointing out needles laying near a pump (looked like somebody missed the trash..) Pumps are always broken, and saw needles on the ground near one pump yesterday and have seen it previously. Are there no employees working to clean those up? Also saw a dark haired young man working who yelled at a young lady for not wearing a face mask & this employee proceeded to taunt her while another made comments , although she stated she was medically exempt (with paperwork stating the reasoning!!!) Bathrooms smelled horrible as well and are always dirty with dark swears that I am assuming is feces on the walls.. Absolutely gross. Will never come back. Closest station to my house, and I'd rather drive five miles elsewhere than ever come back here. No thank you. What a shameful example of speedway. Tip - fire all current employees and clean this place up! I know managers of gas stations and this is a terribly run establish with rude employees. Love the location in kings mills and wish this one would improve! Worst location I have ever been to & never seen such rude & unkept employees. read more

Great food! A little pricier than what I'd like to pay at a gas station but definitely worth it as far as quality goes. Highly recommend the Italian panini sandwiches. read more
