I have insulin every month on auto refill yet they are out of it every month and I have to wait and ration my insulin. They argue with my doctors over every script and are about as unprofessional of a pharmacy as I've ever seen. I have been a CVS customer for years and never had issues but this pharmacy should be shut down or at least all new staff that treat patients with respect. They have treated my elderly mother the same way as well. I will be transferring all of our family's prescriptions to Kroger pharmacy. This is just too stressful to go through and to be talked down to each and every month.

I've purchased scratch-off and traditional lottery tickets here roughly 20 times. On five separate occasions, I won small prizes ranging from $2 to $10. Every single time I attempted to cash in a winning scratch-off ticket, I was told they "don't have any money" and could not pay out the prize. Instead, I was told I could only use the winnings to buy more scratch-off tickets. Refusing to pay out cash winnings--even small amounts like $2 to $10--is not acceptable and defeats the purpose of playing the lottery. As an authorized lottery dealer, they are expected to pay out valid prizes. Being repeatedly denied cash and pushed into buying more tickets feels unprofessional and misleading. If you sell lottery tickets, you should be prepared to honor the winnings properly. Until this issue is addressed, I won't be purchasing lottery tickets here again and would caution others to be aware of this practice.
