My latte tasted more like milk than any flavor nor coffee. My husband did enjoy his Chai. Service was sadly the downfall of my visit. There were four girls working but prioritized goofing off and chit chatting over taking orders and making drinks. I'm all for having fun at work but was very surprised in such an open setting to see staff distracting each other.

My husband got the Chai Latte which he wasn't quite fond of but they asked if he wanted cinnamon on top which was nice. Overall, coffee is their specialty and there's a reason why. I'm sure they have other tea drinks that may have been more favorable as well. I wouldn't mind coming back to enjoy a cup inside rather than to-go.

She seemed very preoccupied and when I asked her to explain something on the menu, she told me "it's pretty much what it says." When I expressed my displeasure with her response, she grabbed a menu to read it explaining that it was just added to the menu as if that excused her behavior. This left a very sour taste in my mouth but because I had a meeting, I sat down after ordering a pistachio latte. The Latte was amazing! Before leaving I ordered a second one, but I stayed and spent the day working. There are plenty of seats and there are a couple of really comfy couch spots. After a few people left, I was able to move to one of those spots and felt right at home. After Brittany left, I was able to relax a little bit more and had a very productive work day. The music is louder than I like; I had to take two business calls and both times they mentioned the noise level, but other than that,I love this spot. It is across the street from the metra train station where parking is free, so I don't anticipate ever coming here and having a hard time finding parking.
