While the car was being "washed", I heard stratching and scraping and did not see much water being moved onto my car. When I came out,I looked at my car. There were scratches all over it. I went in to talk to the Manager and they seemed very concerned and genuinely apologetic about what had happened. Close to the highway. Restroom was clean. Not too small not too large stored inside. It's the fresh grinding of their coffee that brings me to holiday station. I may find a company that makes the grounding and coffee and I'm gonna buy one and bring it home. And then I will buy electric car and then I will not need to go to any gas station anymore. This particular location always seem to be under staffed and something is almost always wrong or not working properly. There have been multiple instances where their 'system is down or not accepting rebates/coupons' :D like so everything else is working but just that, sure! The parking lot, am sure gets cleaned regularly but not regularly enough. And there is always, always a spill in the aisles, whenever I've gone. The staff seems to be friendly so definitely deserve a star for that but with that said, I probably will go to this location only if there is no other option available.
